  • Continuing from the earlier video " A new start in 2024 " I put the top end back on the GPX and get it running. This bike I will be riding at Xross Hard Enduro in Serbia 2024. #eurotek.uk #ridenutrition #gpxmoto #xtngpowersystems #xtng

Does the GPX TSE300 come with radiator guards or were those an aftermarket guard? Thanks.

After market ones. Standard are the plastic louvres like KTM.

Nice video Robbo...on your XTNG did you do the external venting mod (drilling into the carb casing) and choke mod ? I gave up on mine, but feel uncertain about it. I will share this in my Facebook group.😁👍

No, xtng came with the blanked std choke and the new fuel assist screw choke fitted. Pull the spring loaded fuel assist screw half a turn for choke.

Why are you changing a top end at 50hrs? Seems very low... How did the old piston measure up?

In the previous video he said that he was doing it early whilst he had time so that he didn't have to do it mid season when all he'll have time to do is ride, watch the previous video for info about piston condition

Hi Robbo, do you change the conrod and crankshaft bearings after two pistons?

Not unless it’s knocking 😂 I expect at least 200hrs plus on this engine provided I run good 2 stroke oil (fully synthetic) and air filters are kept clean. In comparison I had to do a complete rebuild on my 2019 TPi at around 220hrs as it was knocking a little.

Does it require timing adjustment after changing the piston?
