- Are you applying for MBA colleges after CAT exam and confused where all you should before the deadline? In this series I will cover MBA colleges you should apply now based on your CAT percentile
Please note most of these colleges will give you a call at lower percentile as well but the average percentile of students in this college will be in this category
Do make sure to apply for the colleges before the deadline since most of the colleges will have deadline in January - February only

cons : 91% students got placed (mostly HR or finance majors didnt got placed)(college is good for marketing)
pros: Less Fees so GREAT ROI if placed.

You have missed IIT DHANBAD median is around 11+ and fees is around 4.5L,
80-85%ile is a decent score to get the call.

88+ for general Category, confirmed by admission committee...and batch size is very low and there is reservation and it heavily looks on profile so keep other college's also. Best of luck❤

Thanks Ananta, I've also talked to few of the folks from Tapmi, CAT 85+ with a decent profile and NMAT score of 225+ fetches a call.
SDA BOCCONI - Getting mixed reviews, which is why I wanted your valuable review ( please do consider that for Milan sem students from IIM K are also flying to the same campus & studying in the same class as they have a tie up with SDA bocconi, which somewhat assures that it provides us with good quality education)

Hey ananta, I just wanted an opinion from you. I done my graduation in bcom in sept 23 and gave cat23 putting not even 50% efforts and got 78%ile. Due to nc obc category i got call from IIMV. I think i can do much better so, should i repeat cat with full efforts or try to take iimv or baby iims?

So much gap..It can cost you buddy...So don't take another gap as i wouod suggest and also talk with mentors... In this percentile you can get some decent option so go for it.

I would need to speak to a few students but it seems to have a very good ROI. For 80-90 percentile it is a very good choice. Also depends on your other calls. If you have some new IIM calls you can prefer those

You might not get fore, ubs and nibm from this list. Apart from that weschool, xime, ifmr are some colleges you can try

General Non Engineer Male.
I had 8.0 in 10th
72% in 12th(Commerce)
7.0 gpa in grad(Bachelors of Management Studies)
CAT - 89.56 with every section above 82
And I hold around 15 months of experience in Operations & Marketing Combined.
And this is my first attempt in 2023 , I have got shortlist email from IIM Vizag , Kozhikode waiting for others as well.
I have applied to GIM, GLIM. IMT G ., Can I expect a call from the colleges mentioned in this line. IS IMI Delhi with my percentile worth applying.
Can i expect CAP or SAP Calls from Baby IIMs , is there a chance for me to get a PI call from VIZAG , AMRITSAR , JAMMU or any other decent college.
I cannot waste another Year.
