Looking good. As a fellow 4a I second the taking time to go through the retie with a mirror because those hairs will creep up into other locs quickly. I regret (but was able to fix) when I tried to free style it mirrorless like I've seen others doing. You've both done such a great job with your hair. Thank you again for sharing.

If I'm not mistaken you asked him last time if he was doing a 2-point rotation (😮) and he didn't really know 😊 If you tighten up his grid I can't wait to see. I also appreciate a man's perspective of locks. He wants them to look good, eventually lock, and he likes them. Period. Lol
So bout 2 weeks ago I did sum mini braids on my hair nd now after swimming/washing them I noticed my roots locking up. Yall been tempting me to jus go on nd jus retwist my roots nd let the braids loc up😅😂😂
Love the look of both your head of locs his is growing and thickening so nice, I just twisted my hair yesterday to start should I spray my hair with water now? It’s going to shrink so bad lol what is your suggestion?
Great video! I'm installing diy microlocs at the moment and I'm wondering: are microlocs that are 1 cm or a little over that size in diameter considered too large for microlocs?

I don’t have any suggestions for retwisting but for retightening I find I grab hairs better and my Reti lasts long if I Reti wet
