We were fortunate enough to enjoy Don Quixote performed by La Scala Opera House at the Queensland Cultural Centre, and their performance was wonderful.

such an aristocratic quality of both strength, leadership and elegance to all these moves, especially but not only the smoothly done, beautifully accomplished, elegantly held balances, which shine with conviction, polish, and elegance.
she captures the mixture of sweetness and strength in character, choreography and music very well. a beautiful and intelligent interpretation, danced with both sensitivity and strength both technical and artistic.

Ottima impressione nel mantenimento delle pose figurali durante l'ensemble. Ottima la fibrillazione dei passi sulle punte in eundo della ballerina e la levità fatta tensione motile ed elanista. Ottimo impadronimento direi imperativo dello spazio proscenico da parte del ballerino a balzi falcati amplissimi ed a sforbiciate velocissime volanti e trasverse. Is there footage of them doing Grand Pas Classique anywhere (or, you know, a full ballet like Sleeping Beauty)? This was delightful. Was it a rehearsal (due to lack of applause). Yours must have been the only ballet channel I'm not subscribed to, and I just remedies that!Just love Manni!

Nessun applauso: non c'era pubblico perché è una produzione fatta con il teatro vuoto per il Covid. MOlto difficile per i ballerini esibirsi in questa situazione.

Nicoletta and Timofej deserved better choreography. Nureyev was a great dancer but not a wonderful choreographer

nureyev ruined basilio's solo due the interpolation of these hateful petit rondejambes in the pirouettes section ,for misterious reasons he loved very much that step and imposed it everywhere often without reasonable motivation ,like in this case

Работа сделана хорошо. Скучно, уныло, но хорошо. Зарплату отработали.
Zero communication and chemistry between these two good dancers . The bride is dancing for the public without even looking at the groom . And the man is just following after her without any seduction or pride . Empty mediocre steps and no appeal. Forgettable !
Никудышная хореография. Половина танца - стояние на месте. Для стареющих танцоров, очевидно.
Though Manni and Andrijashenko are not aging at all. They haven't even reached the peak of their careers yet.
Ulan, hai perfettamente ragione. La coreografia è di Rudolph Nureyev e, come tutte le sue coreografie, fa schifo e come dici tu, è adatta per un ballerino che non ha voglia di fare niente. Paragona l' interpretazione di questo grand pas eseguito da Nureyev con l' interpretazione della stessa del grande Vladimir Vasiliev suo coevo e vedi la differenza fra uno che si trascina sul palco e chi balla veramente.
@@allthingsballet It Is the coreography that Is lousy, like any other from Nureyev 's. It has been conceived for a dancers that Is dragging his feet and want to do the least possibile. You only have to compare Nureyev's versione with Vladimir Vasiliev 's one to see the difference from someone Who goes throu the motion and a really great dancers: VOLODIA THE GREATEST

Все понятно... Убогая хореография извращенца нуреева 😂😂😂Тупое хождение по сцене вкупе с самолюбованием... Балеринка вообще сама не вращается, музыка дико замедленная, да и в ту благодаря хореографическому убожеству не попадают! Кода вообще мерзкая! Ни пролетности, ни высоты прыжка, ни зависания в воздухе! И куча восторженных комментов! Несчастные! Вы не видели шедевра этого па-де-де - великих Екатерину Максимову и Владимира Васильева! Вам доступны только эти ремесленники! Примите мои соболезнования! 😂😂😂

Perché il pubblico non ha applaudito? Possibile che dormisse così profondamente da non accorgersi di niente? Come dire: "Vado a teatro per fare una maestosa pennichella"! E quel che accade sul palco, cos'è? Il nulla! Sono alquanto perplesso sulla "qualità" di codesto pubblico e me ne rammarico: sinceramente!
Il video è stato registrato in un teatro vuoto, senza pubblico, durante i vari lockdown conseguenti alla pandemia.
@@allthingsballetNon sapevo del covid ma, a mio avviso, si sarebbe potuto inserire l'applauso registrato, sia pure per dare il "dovuto merito" agli artisti! Non dico niente sulla loro preparazione non solo fisica ma, soprattutto, "artistica"; sul loro sincronismo "perfetto"; sul loro "affiatamento": sono "semplicemente" perfetti! A parte il fatto che non avrei parole adatte a rimarcare quanto detto, qualsivoglia vocabolo sarebbe "solamente" riduttivo, non idoneo ad esprimere il mio pensiero nè, tantomemeno, i miei sentimenti, elevatissimi nei loro confronti. Non li conoscevo ma ora sì: li conosco e riconosco l'arricchimento da loro operato sul mio spirito. Vi ringrazio sentitamente per la pazienza mostrami dal Vostro Ascolto. Grazie ancora e felice notte costellata da tanti, meravigliosi, sogni d'oro!
