A little tip (its not a demand but it would be nice) maybe do smthn that other streamers do and put a live chat replay down the bottom right in your streams so that people can read chat even if you arent live

not sure if you'll see this but there is a harder mod, It's called "Satanist Mode" and I doubt anyone could beat it on master or legendary difficulty. I truly believe that this mod is designed to not only be unbeatable, but also to instill insanity in those who play it.
more info on the mod? is it a Fargo's add-on or a separate thing
@@GMJ7320 it is its own mod, it combines a whole ton of horrible things, like trees spitting out bees, hellstone spawning everywhere, and the almost inability to remove gravestones.

Satanist mode isn't really hard, just tedious, as most things can be avoided in some way

I am actually going through this playthrough and its very painful.. progression is incredibly slow and you gotta overprepare because what you normally do for bosses is just too little now
Me and my buddy recently started a world with this mod, among others, on the getfixedboi seed. It was really fun when our left tunnel went into the ocean and flooded our hell base via our surface-a-vator. Sitting in hell and *poof* now all of a sudden water everywhere and our NPCs drowned. That only happens in oceans so I knew we fucked up lol

Quick tip: you might want to set keybinds for the eternity accessories as they have really useful abilities.
I’m doing that but on legendary and also using calamity death mode to make it harder. I’m calling it “Legend’s Eternal Death mode”

In my experience I havent realy noticed any difference in between eternity and masochist up until abomination and mutant except 2 enemies that can now instakill you, certian mobs spawning outside where they should and new mechanic with clowns.
To make your suffering easier you can make copper enchantment and obsidian enchantment which are OP for pre-HM.
can't believe u didn't do this in the getfixedboi seed as a summoner with no armor and only 1 accessory

Yesn't. You can have them both on, but unless there's some kind of mod that fuses them, they prioritise one set of AI over the other, I forgor which. You either get Masochist + Calamity (might be easier than pure Masochist, really, because of the stronger Calamity items) or Infernum + most of the regular enemies are tougher.

No, Calamity and Fargos are not compatible properly. Quite a few bosses will be immune to all damage or have other gamebreaking issues
New challenge idea: Calamity Infernum but you need to answer trivia to open chests (trivia given by chat)

Tbh I just throw all the mods I want in a blender, crank shit up, and go "let's see how hard this i- slimes eat my AAAAAASSS" as I die probably 30 times in the first couple hours, but I generally endure through all the death.

Nope yep I'm either dumb as shit, or a masochist... I think I'm dumb, because the only thing I would never turn on is anything permadeath related if any mods I used did that.
I kind of just throw shit together, die a million times until I can brute force my head into shit until it worked, or found a better way by sheer accident, I do NOT play this game with the intention of NOT dying XD! I treat it like Planetside 2, death is inevitable, so I'll have fun throwing my soon to be lifeless corpse at problems.

Please try the ultimate difficulty Terraria mod with the enemy defense mod set to max.
I play fargos soul mod… but I stuff it full of QoL and reaserch mode (I use the difficulty slider) however to Balence it out I play mac-death mode with the calamity dlc so I made the hardest mod relatively easy- I can play terrraris how I wish

I have not played masochist in a hot minute, but on 1.3 tmod, elemental unleash keeps kicking my ass, i've skipped the entirety of the game just to get to the boss content with cheat sheet, completly shred throught the first few bosses but the first out of the really difficult bosses has had me stuck for a literal week until i just gave up for now, it might just be harder
