What does it mean if to high and bile duct enlarged
What about people over 50? What are our intake quantities ?
Not to poop on your parade, but grains, nuts, and seeds, (including sunflower seeds), contain anti nutrients, which bind to the minerals contained in them, making them hard to digest and impossible to absorb. Phytic acid is one anti nutrient, which not only keeps you from absorbing minerals like phosphorus, calcium, and iron, but it also can pull minerals from your body. You should have mentioned that these food items need to be soaked for hours before than can be properly digested.
Really? All nuts and seeds?
There are people with phosophis defiency
What are the normal levels for phosphate?
Potassium is K because we call it Kallio 😁😁😁
Hi dr Axe my phosphate is low. 78 and my calcium in my blood is to high 2.6 rating bloodtest 15-65 mine is 99,the dr here in South Africa said that normal but I get anxiety and memory problems, what can I do to get my calcium level lower and my phosphate higher I very afraid of getting diamentia or alzheimers disease, I also suffers from vestibular migrane simptomes like dizziness of balance and strange feeling all the time in my head at this moment I am allergic to patatoes, diary, nuts situs fruit and gluten😭
Hi there, did you manage to resolve your issues ?
@@shelley4417 Hi I had parathyroid problems on my left side the spesialis said it must be removed immediately to lower the high calcium in my blood, also I foud out I had osteopenia in the left side of my neck, the dr will decide what to do about it this week, but in the early morning I get light black outs! I will have to talk with her about this.... it's always starts throbbing in my ears then headaches, dizziness and head shakings when I'm sleeping it was away for 2 months know it returns the dr put me on lexamil 10mg and urbanol for the drunkness and balance. I guess she will send me to a neurosurgen
Take magnesium supplements. Bone broth or collagen peptides. Look it up.✨🙏
Unfortunately, being in end stage kidney failure, phosphorus containing foods are not on my edible list! 🙁
Do you think that having too low phosphorus can cause add symptoms I say add because I had a lack of energy add usually means that you have high a mounts but can't settle down. Any ways since I started taking 50 grams of wheat germ in my oatmeal I have a better memory sharper concentration. And I'm not worn down and wanna crash at the end of the day. Also worth nothing I don't have a slurred monotone speach. I know these positive side effects aren't simply from the b vitamins in wg. I know because I've tried coenzyme b vitamins and never felt this great.
I also find that creatine is far more effective with more phosphorus in the diet. This may be strange but lastly I notice that I burp more, and perhaps if you never burp that may be a sign of low phosphorus levels
Add and adhd doesn't exist kid
Does this mineral help with hair growth my levels are low.
Mines low to, I feel alot symptoms waits for my phosphate tablets
Why did you say we understand magnesium 'a little bit'? Is there still alot about it, that hasn't been looked into? And why?
Isolating single nutrients in individuals for research is difficult. It's inhumane. There's enough knowledge about magnesium to establish an RDA for it. If you have time, check out the book Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism by Gropper. It's a neat biochemistry book that has chapters about different vitamins and minerals.
My baby has campomelic dysplasia and it is linked with hypophosphatemia
Oops, what about we old folks! I'm okay as I eat lots of seeds.
Dairy should never be thought of as a health food. It's taken me time to really look into dairy, and it should absolutely be avoided. Thank you Jordan for focusing on the seeds & nuts not the dairy. There is BIG $$ in the meat & dairy industries.
There is also big money in nuts and seeds.
Hey guys, I'm on dialysis and they tell me that I should avoid phosphorus and high phosphorus foods. Is there any good substitutes
Jeopardy Clark im not taking dialias but mine to high also n trying to find answers
Hi, Jeopardy. They are telling you to avoid high-phosphorus foods because it can cause immense strain on your kidneys. I hope you are doing well. What do you mean by substitutes?
sodium bicarb?
Can someone PLESASE tell me why my phosphorus being high is a bad thing and how can I lower it???
Must be you are getting too much of it. What do you think?
Im not sure.... my dietician says mine is too high@@carolestewart2867
Can low phosphorus result in loss of muscle mass ?
Why would it do that? Do you think?
What about adults over 50? Are you suggestioing people over the age of 50 need not bother boosting up their Phosphorus?
You are ignoring phytic acid in sunflower seeds ;)
Kidney disease?
Look at avoiding synthetic additives..
19-50 700 mg. I'm 70. More, less, the same?
You forgot to mention hemp seeds! Those things are the truth!
Born through the pelvis but die through the hip.
You have wrong. We are made of cells? That's not the root of it. The root of cells in every human organs are made by microbiome bacteria in it's image or offshoot if you like. So we need probiotic every single day (especially fermented homemade foods). So Phosphorus is not important alone when it comes to health. You seriously need to first fight the fungus (yeast overgrowth) in the body in 2 month with anti-candida diet & aerobic exercise, and after 2 month take probiotic supplement or fermented foods in order to balance the gut (the largest center of health) so the vitamins & minerals would be absorbed properly. We have to investigate more probiotic than minerals, vitamins & fatty acid.
those are all cells too. anything biotic has cells. i dunno what you’re talking about, but it’s wrong
2º most abundant in the human body? are you kidding me? do you even research what you are trying to teach? So oxygen, carbon, hydrogen? what are they? Candies? I stopped whatching this video as soon as i read that on the board...disapointed.
Your chart; wAT about over 50? Perhaps 1000 mg fosforest a day, do you tink?
