I’d love to upgrade to a Cardiology IV, but wish Littmann offered some in higher visibility options for us EMT’s and Medics!! I’d love a blaze orange one with reflective tape on the tubing! Losing a $200 scope after a car crash at 2:00 AM is not a great way to spend the night.

Single piece rim and diaphragm (compared to double piece of Littman Cardiology III) my friends say is likely to fall off easily.. As I have had a similar experience with my Classic III, I'm apprehensive to this change..
I bought it when i was in Internal Medicine rotation, but now i am joining Pediatrics as a resident doctor, do i need to buy a specific pediatric stethoscope or this Cardio 4 will do the job for me?
Tried so many of your stethoscopes. From the classic 3, cardiology 3 and cardiology iv. Compared this with a £10 sprague rappaport stethoscope. And the sound were exactly the same. Your electronic versions are more worth the money. However are still well over priced. I wouldn’t waste your time in buying a manual Littmann. No difference whats so ever. Your just paying for the brand name.

$205 after tax circa early 2018 on Amazon. Totally worth the investment. I used crap ones my university provided and, let me tell you, the quality is night and day. With the archaic cheap ones I couldn't find a pulse to save my life (or someone else for that matter).
They usually run at $170 but if you get them off Ebay or Offer Up from someone, you can sometimes get a deal at $100 or less. You just have to strike when the iron is hot and you see one that has a Buy It Now option. If you want it engraved, I say just buy the steth first at a cheaper price than retail and then take it to a local engraver.
I love this but it is too expensive, please lower your prices for the sake of medicine. if i had a great product i would make it affordable for everyone.
80 dollars isnt bad for a medical instrument but if you really really need a cardiology series its more but that's because they are the best in the entire world
I totally agree. Which is why I got mine off Ebay. You can try Offer Up too. I got mine for $100 as opposed to like $170 which they usually run on most medical store sites.
Best stethoscope ever, IT NEVER FAILS. I have the Cardiology 3 and this one, i have to say that the Cardiology 4 is SO IMPROVED. BUY IT!
