I just ordered mine today, but my model is the one with a "Latte Macchiatto" button. I've watched all of your videos about that machine and I'm so thankfull for them. I'm so excited to try out my new machine 😀

Hi, I like to get bigger cups of Americano, (16oz cup), is it possible to customise the coffee option so that 16oz worth of coffee would come out?

I will definitely do one. Just flat out with work at the moment leading up to holidays so it won't be for a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the reply do you just put the chocolate in the cup and direct the milk into the cup pressing the foaming milk preset button to start and when you have enough press to stop ? Find your videos very informative like you said Delonghi could work on their manual

can you tell me what doppio+ does exactly and how it differs from the long coffee? is long coffee just an americano?

Make sure the machine is in stand-by (off, but connected to the mains power supply). Press the buttons corresponding to beverages 1, 2 and x2 buttons together and hold for 5 seconds. All the settings and beverage quantities are reset to the default values. The machine emits a long beep and all the indicator lights flash to confirm the reset
mine for some reason dispenses milk 1st when the Cappuccino is pressed

Cappuccino on these machines is typically milk poured first then coffee into the milk. The Mix indicates the inverse - in Australia we would call it a latte but on this machine the foam is still more dense, so technically a mixed cappuccino
can the espresso be controlled it makes them too long?
I'm being over critical, how can any video portray a bad image of this product. The only concern I have which hasn't been mentioned is parts availability and how reliable is it????
I have had it for over a year and still working well. Not sure about the parts. I haven’t needed to get any. You might need to do some research.

No - that is the Eletta. I like to make my own coffee syrup by expressing a litre, mixing it with sugar and reducing by half on the stove. I add this to milk to make cold coffee. This machine is not the cold coffee one.
Can I personalize my latte button?

I think you can with the amount of coffee but not milk. I will double check and if you can, I will let you know.

I usually just make hot chocolate or use one of the tubes of coffee from Nestle. Hope this helps
Hello, two months ago I bought this coffee machine with the option of cappuccino and latte macchiato. But the option of cappuccino and latte macchiato won't work for me anymore. When I connect the milk part, the lights for latte macchiato and cappuccino do not light up. For the first few dreams, everything worked fine, but now it doesn't work anymore. Maybe I turned something off and I don't know how to get it working again. Can you help me with that? Thank you
Unfortunately I don't know what it would be but it is still under warranty so contact delonghi. Good luck
What beans do you use and how's the taste?
I just use Coles brand but have looked up local roaster to try something better
Can you make CaffeLatte and Flat White manually?
A different version of the machine will do this. I have the one with the latte system so I can't do it manually unless you use a different system to froth
How can I reset it to normal one after that???
You can do a factory re-set. Shortly I will do a video on that

from what Ive read, cappuccino = milk goes in first then coffee goes on top
Cappuccino mix - coffee goes in first, then milk in top and it mixes in better this way

Does anyone know why you get the machines with different mixes and are they different in each country?.
@@iancsteel No but the box mine came in had 5 different versions. I guess they look at the country and think about what that country likes. In Australia we are more about the Lattes and Caps in general.

I tried this method (it is also written in the Instructions): in my Coffee machine, first milk flows🥛, then coffee ☕.
And this is the problem that remains - when preparing Cappuccino, the Coffee machine remembers the set amount of coffee ☕, but the milk 🥛continues to flow until it is manually turned off.
This is very frustrating! 😥
So far have`t been able to solve this problem.

In such a short period of time and a rather high price💰unfortunately many problems have already been identified - a broken cappuccinatore🥛, molding of coffee schmuck in a container 🤢.
I guess it's just bad luck!
@JuliaRacheyskaya I had a chance to buy a new one for £270 but without warranty but opted to pay £400 for a new one from Costco so I have peace of mind to return it if something goes wrong. How often do you remove the coffee puks? I'm guessing you've tried the clea cycle?

There is a little icon on the top that shows 3 coffee beans. You can make it stronger by tapping the coffee beans so that three beans are showing.
hey, i bought this machine but i am starting to regret it! I bought ECAM290.81 I thought i could have just a foamed milk by taping twice on cappuccino button but it didnt work for me!! anyone have any idea how to get just foamed milk in this machine ?
Choose latte and pre-ground and don't add coffee.
