They may replace you, they may continue the series, but absolutely nobody can replace your uniquely undeniable passion and enthusiasm for the guitars and educating the masses. Cheers.
Hi Mark I just wanted to wish you and your beautiful family the absolute best as you start the next chapter in your already impressive life. I NEVER missed your videos and I ALWAYS enjoyed them EVEN "Thumpin' Thursday." I have a feeling we'll be hearing from you in the future. Take care of yourself, you're going to be missed.
What a good idea! There’s 326,000+ subs on this channel.....if we all pitched in 50 cents he could take the tele and a few other guitars with him. I’m in with $20 if someone started a go fund me thing? He also has a new child. This would be so cool you all.
THAT is how you go out for your last TeleTuesday! DAYUMMMM...... Thanks Mark, I've learned more about guitars, specs, the "why" behind designs and electronics from you than all other internet combined. Thanks....Gibson is very lucky to be getting you!
I'm going to miss you Mark you really did a great job of making people realize how fun it is to play guitars I used to own a 12 fender usa standard telecaster second generation with custom shop pickups dual truss rod adjustment system rosewood fretboard And a black on black pickguard style with a tsa flight case have a wonderful time with Gibson I will miss you and your wonderful guitar of the day
Last Tele Tuesday... U gonna be missed man.. Only guy that plays songs on great guitars we can relate to.. All the rest... Just Nooodlin... All the best.. ✌
Do Gibson justice Mark. If anyone deserves that job, it's you! I can't wait to see your influence and impact on the products and brand. Congratulations!
Ouch! I was grinnin' during that pickin', Gibson man! A beaut of an axe! You're exactly right about Les & Eddie. They were tight. And Leo, who did not know how to play guitar, was led by the Great Almighty to get it right the first time!
Leo may have got it right and I agree, but so did you. Awesome on all three pickups Mark Agnesi. And what a way to make an exit! We'll keep lovin you buddy wherever!
Nice Telecaster, great sound. Speaking of Les Paul remember when you said they should bring back the big belly on the LP like the early years. Just a suggestion. Love your show!!
I have a 64 SG jr (white) One time at a Dallas or Arlington guitar show I cant remember which? They had Billy Gibbon's of ZZ Tops 58 Flying V on display.... I told the guys at the Gibson both about my 64s paint looking identical to the 58 as far as the lacquer chip looked and they said it was the same paint... they did not make many white SG jrs...
Everyone is talking about Lemmo now, but this vid is awesome too. Mark has really good style and this is some nice guitar. I have a 52 RI I got in 2000 and always felt too plastic.
Tele Tuesday has always been my favorite. Great black guard to go out on, Mark. Looking forward to the rest of the week. I know you will want to finish GOTD with a BANG!
Hey Mark, Just want to wish you the best in your latest adventure. I know you'll be successful. Thanks for helping create #GuitarOfTheDay and for all the awesome #TeleTuesday 's.
Are you moving to Nashville? Total Congrats to you. You are going to do great and help save Gibson. You were the perfect pick for the Curly team. Big huge raise too.
Despite being a LP humbucker dude , my favorite guitar is still my Tele , course mines not nearly as cool as this one but.. , this is one of the nicest I've seen , great color , great sound , great tone , resonance , chime and jangle, beautiful. Great set Mark , as always , no idea what that last song was , but you slayed it .
a 53 that still has the dark circuit....he's holding The Holy Grail of Teles......and just listen to it.......this is what every Partscaster aspires to sound like! I have a 58 ranch house and a 97 year old mother I could trade?!?? BTW: Congrats Mark!
Mark's a stud, rad Tele, I'm gonna say Mark comes back one day to this gig, gonna hate the Corporate life or whatever he's off to do....but I do wish him well, he'll be missed.
This is looking set to be a classic week to end on! Is it just me, or is Mark playing with fresh energy since the announcement? If so, totally understandable - it's the chance of a lifetime! Good on you, Mark! :) After 40-odd years of not owning a T-style, I'm finally making good tomorrow. Sadly, not with a '53 Blackguard(!) - but with a Gordon Smith built for me arriving ahead of my big 60 at the weekend. I'm pretty stoked! :)
The solder bead on the ashtray is supposedly from the early plating process-part has to have good conductive electricity for playing to take place and most likely a wire was soldered on and later snipped off and solder reflowed.
They may replace you, they may continue the series, but absolutely nobody can replace your uniquely undeniable passion and enthusiasm for the guitars and educating the masses. Cheers.
Tele Tuesday - and Mark saved the very best for last!
Let’s hear it for Mark “No Limp Latch” Agnesi!
Every time he says it’s his last week, I shed one tear

3. No clue but it’s a great chickin pickin’ lick to end your last tele Tuesday 👍
Parker Schmittou agreed! You related to Larry Schmittou?
That last tune was a Brent Mason Tune called Hot Wired. Pretty nasty! Mark is the man.
3. Brent Mason Hot Wired
@Mark - In my humble opinion, Norm should gift you that Tele as a going away present..
i'll second that !
@@robgreene1776 Then he won't need the new job, works all round, lol!
He’s worked hard enough to deserve it!
What a good idea! There’s 326,000+ subs on this channel.....if we all pitched in 50 cents he could take the tele and a few other guitars with him. I’m in with $20 if someone started a go fund me thing? He also has a new child. This would be so cool you all.
This has to happen

will miss you man.... hope the channel keeps the series alive... but no one can replace you !
Thx so much Mark! As a Baltimore/D.C. native, '53 Tele is always two words...Danny Gatton! :-)
One of the greatest to wield an axe, let alone a Tele.
Nice Telecaster, great sound. Speaking of Les Paul remember when you said they should bring back the big belly on the LP like the early years. Just a suggestion. Love your show!!
