Hello sir
I got diagnosed with AMAN varient of GBS on 26/09/2022 ,and underwent 5 cycles of plasmapheresis on alternative day in AIIMS. New delhi.
Now i am able to walk without support.
But my balance is poor, right hip glutes are very weak and both leg (R>L) quadriceps are very weak.
Therefore i am not able to get up from lower height chair on my own(R) are weak.
Not able to stand on heels for more than 6-7 sec.
I am on regular aggressive physiotherapy.
But one thing i observe my left glutes muscle mass is slightly less than right one. So i am taking Protein powder..
Do i recover completely. I got discharged on 6/10/2022.
Please reply.
