Doctor's need to have some humility and actually listen to their patients. Kills me the hoops this woman went through to get a real diagnosis when she was being so proactive. Nearly died.
i went to 4 different hospitals before i was taken seriously 2 years ago i just got to where i can walk with a walker then April 1st woke up and and I was in worse shape now im sitting at home in massive pain mouth drooling at my wits end
You saying "Anxiety" speaks volumes ... how about having GBS and Autonomic Dysreflexia Combined 15 years ago then have having Doctor's saying Anxiety why having autonomic attacks ... I had 3 days in hospital when all that was needed was a BM ... Walk in pain or not is the only thing you can do with GBS

I have GBS or GBS like syndrome from the covid vaccine. They are giving me IVIG but I'm sure if it is a varient like this one

Caould you plz tell me your age when you were suffering from gbs and how long you were on ventilator(months)?
Sorry for this late reply. I was in ICU for 2.5 months on a ventilator. Then a few more weeks in hospital, then 3 months in rehab. A total of 7 months. I was 48 years old.
My doughter is 8 years and she is suffering (AMSAN)
