Been watching this lad for the last 2 year, and fair play to him takes some doing training in a morning and going doing a shift on site then training again. But he’s right the training keeps the head ticking over right.. you can tell he’s a guy that’s just trying to get his head in the right place. I’m 32 and train and can completely relate to what he says. Good luck with everything mate your on the right path 👍👍
He battled his demons, adversity and addiction to become a prime example of what a man should be. I know that battle never ends but with the focus and determination he has it will get easier. I've battled addiction and mental health issues for years now and sometimes it's hard just to get through a day never mind such a productive day as his. I'm 3 months clean now and take massive inspiration from these videos. Hats off to you sir

This is real. My analogy to it is like a glass that has been dropped on a floor and broken. Then it's picked up, cleaned, put back together, glued, had the air sucked out of the crack, then sanded and more beautiful and even stronger than before. Yes, this is real and every young man should watch this instead of promoters' hype fighters where all is covered making an untrue picture for our youth. This is a champion that can teach both young and old about real life.
