@@CleanWithConfidencehow about use sterile water, do you think much better than distilled water? thanks!
This worked very well and the screen came up great. Was amazed how much dirt came off, the screen is in full sheen with a better picture.
glad you found the video valuable
A damp microfiber cloth worked like a charm. Thx
great!
Worked perfectly! Thanks bro❤
You are welcome
Plain water doesn't work if you have a well. You'll leave water spots galore that are difficult to remove when fully dry.
You can use distilled water if you are on a well👍🙂
Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman does not have a flat screen
@@yamarider4 now she does
It does work! Using a DAMP cloth, not too WET
@@LahainaKat124 no well water isn't good for that
It works!!! Thank you very much brother! It helped me alot! my tv looks like new!!!!
Happy to help!
Legend. However I used the spray you use to clean eyeglasses and it worked for stains too not just fingerprints. FYI
Thank You Sir just tried the damp micro fibre cloth on my Television works absolutely brilliantly ☑️
@@MAdDyMatt happy to help
Sir do I have to wash the cloth after every cleaning session or can I perform 2 to 3 cleans after which I can wash the cloth.
Thanks now its easier to see the detail on my tv 👍

We have vertical streaks from dusting with a swiffer every week. Recommendations please
I was wondering if I could just use a damp microfiber. I have been buying the Windex electronic wipes, and in my area it seems like they're getting hard to find lately. Thanks for letting me know. It will save a little money too.
Happy to help! Yes a damp microfiber will do the trick most of the times👍🙂
thank you bro my TV is all clean

I use whoosh cleaner for caked on stuff on tv and that works really well
It worked thanks for your recommendation
happy to help!
Another helpful video ! Thank you.
You are welcome
Thank you for sharing! 😊
When using distilled water and a microfiber cloth to clean my TV screen how do I prevent streaks? Or what would be the best way to get a streak free TV screen?
If there are streaks it's because there is still dirt on the screen. Still needs to be cleaned better.
@@CleanWithConfidence I've also got streaks left over from when I tried to use an electronic screen cleaner wet wipe. Will I be able to use distilled water and a microfiber cloth to completely remove those streaks?
@@djrutherford3926 you should👍
The only way the streaks wont come off is if they are scratches instead of streaks🙂
@@CleanWithConfidence still dirty screen, or dirty microfiber cloth.
What i like to do is buying brand new ones at the dollar store, preferably the ones sealed inside a plastic package so nobody touched them prior to opening the package.
Also i like separating the microfiber cloths that i use for anything in the house, and the ones i use ONLY for cleaning or dusting off screens. I bought one a few years ago with a really soft side that i use to dust off my TV and monitor screens. This is one thing i prefer on CRT TVs and monitors, it's a glass, it's very difficult to damage normally and very easy to clean, not fragile and prone to scratches like now...
I tried tap water and distilled, damp rag but it still looks dirty when it dries up. I tried drying it with a dry cloth after wiping with the damp one, but it still looks dirty when it dries.
Thank you so much!!
You are welcome
You never said...But I assume AFTER using the water and microfibr cloth, you would then get a DRY microfiber cloth to dry it gently...Right?
Works!!
‘ thank you sir !

I found a nice Sony kdl40ex400 at Goodwill but there dust in the bezel any tips?
Nothing is more frustrating than seeing smudges on your tv, committed by your 3-year-old niece who can't seem to comprehend the english language word 'no'.
It took a while because I have a 80 inch but worked
You sound trustable - thanks!
Happy to help!
Worked
thanks for the testimony!
I did that for the phone screen
I’m scared to do it with the water solution because it can leave streaks.. Idunno I have an Oled screen
Ive knackered my screen by USING window cleaner can my screen be saved, its horrendous smudges everywhere
Thanks for another great video. You trully do help me clean with confidence... or at least the absence of fear of messing up.
When you can, could you review L.A. Totally Awsome line of cleaners? They are a dollar and seem to work well. I want to know the catch.
You are welcome!! I love LA’s totally Awesome Cleaner. I use it all through the week when I am cleaning houses👍
It’s the best degreaser I have found this far.
Hello I have lg c3 and I have a white spots because I tryed to clean it with a wrong way
I just try to clean with everything
I just need help
Would a normal rag work
Cold water or warm?
Where can I buy micro fiver cloth for tv?
Does it matter what the temperature the water is at? Like does cold or warm water work best?
I like warm water
😂😂😂😂😂 hot breath all up in that room and on the Tv. 😂😂😂 I can’t stop laughing
How about dizle water
The funniest video but you are right 😅
What if I just want to swipe off dust? I use Swiffer Duster for it. Is it okay?
yes Swiffer Duster is fine
@@CleanWithConfidenceEven if it contains mineral oil? I've read somewhere it has an oil finish.
@@balazskiss3092 No you want to you the Swiffer's that are made for dusting. They are dry, no oil.
Can i use a sock to get the same effect?
Filtered or distilled water...
use distilled water, tap water carries so many minerals that it can over time ruin the reflective layer of the screen
nice❤❤😊😊
Glad you found the video valuable
This video is good, but you do not want to use tapwater because it contains base chemicals in there that can scratch your screen as well
how do you clean nicotine from a tv please?
That would be one of the small circumstances where you would probably want to use an electronics cleaner for that👍
@@CleanWithConfidence Thank you x
Don't smoke inside your welcome
My water is full of lime so tap water is a NO NO
I would suggest distilled water in that case👍
How is your water full of lime?
Theseasonorg explains the whole bible God bless
Its funny how you have the same cloth and same colour lol
I tried this it’s making my tv worse
That's because it still dirty.
Hi Bro
Hello there!!
Is it ok to dry the television with paper towels?
Not at all
@@CleanWithConfidence oh dang I already did 😬
Use ONLY DISTILLED WATER! Your TV will thank you!
What hurts electronics isn't the water itself. It's the minerals in the water. Distilled waterremoves the majority of these minerals by turning water into steam and then back into water.
Using your breath rund the risk of getting saliva on your screen. @Junn-bi9jt
Not everyone has Distilled water on hand
My mom doesn't have a microfiber cloth The only thing we have is a dust Pan And paper towels Well the clean of the dust well I have a stain on my t v sharp which is my hair Oil 😅 And the water Staying on it it still works though For my hair That's my dad's tv Big sam dad And my memo is not working or because of the t v I i don't know how I can fix it Well I guess I have to Get another remote My remote is sharp en3r39s i hopefully it works 😅 Or last night I was staying up late watching TV and playing my game since it was summer. I was getting a little bit tired so I was ready to go to bed So I just leave the remote on my bed. I was trying my best not to break it or crush it with my leg or my thigh Is there any idea that you have to Fix my remote please my remote is sharp en3re9s That I believe it was still on while the battery was still in Maybe that's the problem While my remote is not working
Don't forget to wash your oily hands folks.
My tv broke
Just spit on it np
lol!
Yeh breath on your tv....
Yeh use sink water......
Yeh smear the cloth with tap water all over the tv.....
Haha
Get to the point bruh.
Not my style. It's a great opportunity for you to practice patience.
You are ridiculous! Breath?
Yea it’s the cheapest option👍
Good job thanks 👍
