    Despite the chatter, the current inventory is only the second highest since 2021's first week of July. In the first half of 2024, 865 homes have sold, with prices ranging from a rehabbed estate at $72,500 to a luxurious ranch at $955,000. The average days on market? Just 23 days!
    Statewide, nearly 40% of homes listed in early June saw price reductions, while mortgage rates have recently dropped significantly. Although days on market are increasing, average sales prices continue to climb, reflecting sustained demand amidst low housing inventory.
