This is the first of your videos I've watched. It's very nice to hear all that you have to share without a curse word or F-bomb every other sentence. Some of the best sources for apple product technician information on youtube are very smart but can't explain much without swearing. Not a prude but that arrogance on their part gets old after a while.

What is the name of the program used to check schematic diagram ?
+Microsoldering Does that set of cables include the battery sense equivalent apple circuit on it? Meaning does it provide the feedback and pretend to be a battery? So it doesn't stay in a boot loop?
I've always wondered why it doesn't always work. I'm not sure. I'll have to test it when I get back. Thanks for pointing that out!

In case you didn't think about it you can disassemble a battery and solder positive and negative leads to attach to a DC power supply. They obviously lack the bsi or iPhone equivilant can't remember what apple calls that circuit.
**edit** Meaning you can use the cable that connects to the logic board with the adaptor on it.
That's too much work!

I take it there is a revision of the u2 ic that doesn't fail from idiots charging there iPhones on walmart special $1 usb adapters?
1610a3 is the latest revision so that would be a No
