@@TastyFlavourOfficial A colleague of mine (she was from Darjeeling) made me mothuk, which, I think is another Tibetan delicacy. It was pretty similar except for she made the beef broth with minced meat, and she cut the daikon in large round chunks. Is it the same dish or different? Anyways, that one tasted heavenly.
