Black Emperor pathway grants you powerful physical amps at sequence 8 which then improves as you increase your sequence, on top of being able to weaken others with bribe. Also profane presbyter is the best sequence 2 and i will stand on that, higher sequence hanged man is incredibly strong at the angel level imo Justiciar is like the supportive, defensive variant of Black Emperor & while I would place it highly for its immense stalling potential I can agree that they're not really a lethal pathway I think that black emperors are much more powerful than they seem through the lens of for example klein, who was able to shut them down with creeping hunger at lower sequences
true true but to be honest we have not seen enough of the black emperors capabilities at lower sequences for me to rank it any higher, regardless in the future hopefully we will see a lot more of it.
In my oppinion, White Tower and Paragon just got depreciated in almost every pathway tier list i have ever seen. My defend for these two pathway are that, Paragon is the authority over science technically their capabilities are endless, they represent progressiveness, like imagine at seq 0 you can create a dimensional collapse through a piece of paper ( if you know, you know), then that beam that basically reduce everything to the most basic of particle, or time machine, curvature propulsion, gundam etc... As for White Tower, i don't think omniscience is weak, nor being able to move the world according to your will through your knowledge (as describe in seq 3 Cognizer) is weak.
