Look it as 60s. Now if you even take 2s for one action then you can achieve 30 actions in a minute. Action can be anything like skipping, punching, pushups and etc. It's all about the way you look at your time. Time is universal constant but we can speed up our actions by practicing. So that's it 🤗
In video people are just holding the leg while kneeling down and trying stand but in video he already kept a leg ready in a position to stand while kneeling down and holding his leg made it easy but its impossible if you try it with both legs kneeling down 👇 to stand while holding another leg
