Thanks for this episode. Because you asked: Would be a 9:1 landslide victory ( just like last week, haha...) for *RATT* in my book and the only 'point' Moetley has was for "Home Sweet Home". If "Louder than hell" would not have to compete against the strongest song on Invasion, "Lay it down" they would have a second point. ************ Since you already chosen 1986 and 1987, could you please do for 1988: *WINGER - "Winger" vs. KINGDOM COME - "Kingdome come".* ? Damn, if Kingdom Come would have put the fourth song on third place you could choose between "Seventeen" and "17" actually! Both 10 songs, that is just a proposal for both equally (very) good albums, would be very hard to judge them, since they're both excellent IMHO!
Hehehehe! I'm not super fond of "Louder than Hell"... (as you may have noticed)... as for 1988, we are all booked until 1989 unfortunately... if you have another year after that, we would gladly look it over! We booked from 1980-89 and been listening to those albums since! :)
I've always tended to like Theatre of Pain more than some fans, but it's no contest here: Invasion of Your Privacy wins going away. I actually saw them on that tour in 1985 in Carbondale, Illinois. Great show.
Lucky! I only got to see Ratt MUCH later on (fronted by Jizzy Pearl) - and it was great! But yeah, invasion is my fave Ratt record and I like Theater more than most ppl do... Thanks for stopping by!
Was never a huge fan of ToP so purely on that basis Ratt wins for me, even though that's not my favourite Ratt album. Can't wait for 1986 though, I have some REALLY strong opinions on those two!
Hehehehehe... Ratt was the winner for me too, although I did enjoy ToP more than I thought I did! hehehe Can't wait for 1986 also... 1987 will be... interesting!
This wasn’t even close. Invasion of your privacy wins this in a shut out. Remember being very disappointed in this effort by Crue. As I always say the first two Crue records are truly the only two I ever go to. RATT AND ROLL baby !!!!!!!! No filler on that record. I remember hearing the opening riff on LAY IT DOWN and it was like nothing I’d ever hear. Just an album full of those guitar gems
OMG, you are absolutely right regarding "Lay it down".. what an awesome riff and catchy chorus eh? Easily my favorite song of Ratt! Thanks for watching and commenting!
No contest here , Ratt by a country mile .,
Seems the direction most ppl are going with this one! :)
I have not listened to that RATT album for years. Now I have to listen to it again. Good job guys.
Thank you mon ami! And yes it’s a great album! 🤘🏻

2 of the best albums from 1985. I'm not surprised this one was close. I'll be surprised if the next one is as close.
1987 looks... interesting... but yeah, next one for 1986... who knows how close it will be? :)
Invasion, all the way. That guitar tone......
Oh yessssss! GREAT guitar tone!!! Thanks for stopping by!

All Ratt for me, Invasion is my favorite Ratt album and I'm not really a big Motley Crue fan
I figured as much! Ratt for me also! :)

Why is everyone from Canada? Geez
What's wrong with being from Canada?
@@offthecharts2272 , cause we all hosers there bud ;)

@ 😂😂 now yer talkin’ my language! 🤘🏻
Also…kind of posers. Some of us know the albums as they came out. Not greatest hits. Changes everything. The era and the song makes it count.
Sorry if I didn't have enough money as a kid to spend it as they came out? When I got a job, I made sure to make up for it... Greatest Hits and all!
@@offthecharts2272 Ha Ha! Dan is a poser from Canada!
@ you too apparently! 😂😂
@@offthecharts2272 No, cause I purchased the albums when they came out lol...but yes I am a Canadian osti.
