Your videos are starting to take on that One Six Right feel - another "romance of aviation". Really enjoying the footage and the joy in everyone's faces.
I have been following Aviation 101 for several years. I can't pass a physical, so achieving my ticket is no longer possible. I fly vicariously with Josh and Chelsea now. This video....and the stunning BC scenery immediately became my favorite video of Aviation 101. Josh, whichever Sling you and Chelsea choose will become my favorite as well. 😂 Beautiful aircrafts, piloted by exceptional aviators, over remarkable scenery......breathtaking for sure. Josh, you and Chelse are making this 71 year old Texan and former student pilot envious of the life you lead. Fly safe, stay proficient, and keep the rear seat vicariously clear for me to sit in.
@@PopsCustomSignsLLC very familiar with your location. Lived in Houston for many years, Baytown for many years, Mont Belvieu for many years (I'm 78 btw lol). Returned to God's country 6 years ago lol.
Glad our Sling was able to fly in formation around BC with you! I was sad I couldn't make this one, but I know the other owners had a great time at the fly-in. Excited for your Sling build! -N2066T
Josh, I’m not sure if you remember, but in 2020 during Covid I won a Lightspeed Flight Bag in one of your Cockpit Club lives. I mentioned I worked in ops in the UK for a medevac airline flying King Airs. Seeing that medevac KA paired with the beautiful BA scenery, which is very close to my heart was surreal. I’m so happy to say I’ve been sponsored by British Airways and will be starting my integrated fATPL in September; and of course the lightspeed bag will be going with me! Your content gets better every video and really helps keep the spark of aviation alive for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Wow!!! So absolutely amazingly beautiful!!! I even got a little emotional looking at all the beauty. I love BC!! Thanks so much Josh for letting me live vicariously through your flying! I can't wait to see the next episode and what airplane y'all are going to get. I think I know, but it'll be fun to see if I'm right. Happy Flying!!!
Super video! Thanks for sharing. My Cheetah has been to the Bahamas long before I owned it. It was actually in their old "How to deal with customs in your GA plane video." It even had the old paint job on it. Flying it back would be a dream!
Your story telling is incredible! You never cease to amaze me. I've been watching along for a long time now, but as of late, I simply just can't wait until your next upload. I'm excited to see what you chose to build! Safe flying :)
I really like the pace these videos are coming out. Keep doing what you are doing. This little series is a lot of fun and of course im excited for the big reveal. I think I know what you guys pick.
Josh, thank you. Your videos are an inspiration for my own flying. I always end your videos with a smile on my face. You're a great videographer, story teller, and pilot. Thank you for continuing to focus on GA and all it has to offer. All the best to you and Chelsea.
British Columbia is known as the most scenic in Canada. I moved here 14yrs ago from South Africa. Glad you enjoyed the scenes in the best experimental aircraft in the world.
Wow, great job Josh. As an aviator in England hindered by the weather at this time of year, your channel keeps the fire burning, inspirational. Thank you and very best wishes.
Josh, you and Chelsea are the perfect couple and my wife and I enjoy your videos tremendously. Keep them coming please. We just watched the last part of the British Columbia video and the whole experience of the flight and the views are truly inspiring. Then you told us your decision. Because of that I just had to comment on your choice. There is a problem that you are probably aware of but please I have to be sure. The doors on the TSI (from what I have seen) have a serious problem. If and when one comes open in flight it cannot be closed until after landing. It becomes a tremendous drag problem as it transforms into an unwanted control surface. Hopefully not in the Sling but there have been other similar aircraft that have gone down because of this. Thus in the building of the craft I must urge first that there be an ultra strong locking device to keep the doors closed in flight. If nothing else a strong bungie cord attacked to the latch pulling it forward to keep it from going back. As it is now if an unfamiliar passenger decided to open the door slightly for some relief from the heat that could be a disaster or if an errant elbow bumped the latch. Also I think the pilot briefing should mention to the front seat passenger to never touch the controls or the door latch and what could happen as a result. Perhaps Sling has already created a double lock system for safety's sake but I just have to be sure. You and Chelsea are so precious and we want your videos appearing for many years to come. Good Luck on your build. Looking forward to watching you do the dream.
OMG This was so epic.. You see I was born and raised there In Salmon Arm BC... Your Flight up to there was WOW... I know the roads like the back of my Hands.... AND your fly over put the icing on the cake for ME... I have followed you Both for a Long time, even before Chelsea arrived.... Thank You ever so much.. Comes from my Heart.... Brian
Another great video! I've been following yours & JP's channels for years. The sling community is so positive & must be good to be a part of. Well done Mike on these designs!

Wow, thanks for sharing this experience. Footage and editing just makes it so seamless. Talented GA pilots having extraordinary experiences. Again, THANKS!!
Gorge-ous filming! BC is beautiful, I've driven and ridden motorcycles all around BC all the way up to Watson Lake. The flying looks so similar to my home stomping grounds in WA, flying around the Cascades, with lots of nice gravel bars to land on, for us STOL pilots.
What an awesome finish to the BC flight. I am really starting to like the Sling HW. It and the TSI seem to be amazing, capable aircraft. Thank you Josh and Chelsea, for this incredible view into these two awesome aircraft. Keep up the excellent work. Safe skies my friends 🇺🇸🛩️
Awesome you keep improving with every video and the confidence you have in your shooting is great. You know what you want, heck I point a camera hit the button and pray lol. Great adventures on both sides of the lens.
Wow! What a great video Josh! I always love a good formation flying video and this has to be one of the best I’ve ever seen especially with those GORGEOUS Sling aircraft! Love it and the views in BC Canada 🇨🇦 certainly aren’t disappointing! 🤩 Cheers 🥂 guys! Wishing You Blue Skies & Tailwinds! -Caleb
Josh, Next time you venture north to BC I suggest you fly up the Pacific Coast from wherever in CA up through Oregon and Washington then head to CYYJ to clear Canada customs then fly up Vancouver Island to Long Beach, CYAZ, and take in the sights in Tofino (good eats) on the west side then maybe Port Hardy CYZT then south on the mainland side to CYPW, Powell River, then to the greater Vancouver area, CYXX Abbotsford, then head back to Stateside wherever. You will go nuts with the views. Video Heaven! PM me anytime for suggestions. I live in Victoria BC
Walking away from Cessna pterodactyls. Well done. Greeting from South Africa. The birthplace of the Sling. Welcome to the post 1980;s world, into the 21 first century.
Another great video Josh thank you. "Stay safe. Stay current." Ugh. My last flight was New Years Eve. Covid and then the annual came up. Ugh. Well at least I have your videos!

Incredible footage. Makes me miss my Army helo days flying multi-ship.
Once again you have shown Don and Elizabeth from the sky what we have seen while motor homing. Thank you and wishing God's blessings to both of you.
Lived near Vernon for a few years. Some of the most beautiful flying I’ve ever done. Cool to see it in the video!
