I'm not sure what that Opang Sex sign is, but by the looks of it that structure with the motorcyclists around it is a pangkalan ojek. You can think of ojek as a motorcycle taxi. You hop on and tell them where you want to go. Convenient if you need to access areas where other larger public transportation vehicles don't go, and don't feel like dishing out too much money for an actual taxi.
