Last summer I went through a hurtful life changing time. My wonderful son in law, without speaking to my daughter first, came to me and said “I want you to know you always have a home with us. I want you to come live with us and I know Jamie will agree, plus our sweet boy needs his Na Na.” The day I moved in he met me in the driveway with a huge hug and said, “Welcome home.” My heart is so full of love for him, my beautiful daughter and my sweet grandson Ezra. My son was hit by a truck and now has TBI he was supposed to take care of me when I got older but he will never be the same again so now I have to take care of him I will never get to see his life prosper in life again as he is almost a vegetable it saddens me to see my child like this there are no words to describe what I'm going through or feeling. I remember this being my all-time favorite song as a kid. My mother never let us listen to rap growing up. I'm her youngest and have watched my mother suffer so much so that it's taken a toll on my health. I never dreamed that one day I would have to take care of my mother, father and stepdad all by myself especially seeing as how they did/do so much for my other siblings and their kids. For those of you reading this and feel as if you're so tired and are ready to throw in the towel and put your parent (s) away in a nursing home, I too have been in your shoes. I have walked away from job opportunities, relationships and have even wondered what my life would have been like if I had/have that "freedom," but 2000 years ago, there was a man who walked the streets healing the sick and raising the dead that promised me a room in his father's mansion. You only get 1 mother and father. Give them their roses while they are alive to smell them. For one day, you too will be in their shoes.

I was raised by my Grandmother from 5 months old until I joined the U.S. Navy in 1981 after graduating from High School. She used to tell me, "You're gonna miss this soul, when this head is cold." She never told me a single thing that was wrong! She would give me her last dime...she would play with me like a kid...I know she watches over me til this very day. Allie M West May 9,1902-September 26, 1994. She taught me more than I would ever imagine. Lessons about life that have carried me up until I woke this morning. I thank God for her leading me to Him and never letting me forget all praise and glory belongs to Him. I retired in 2001 and now I'm fully retired. All because of the Love she placed in my life. I've slipped and fell, but always got back up and stood strong. She would expect nothing less.
My own son acts as if I don't exist even after I raised him and his 3 brother's and sister including 2 cousin's that calls me dad instead because of me raising them. I never knew my father because he was killed the same year I was born. I've tried to tell my son how lucky he is to even have a father who loves him. I've not seen him in about 5 year's....... I know God has a plan and I'm trusting his work.

I only have one Son..He's my only child..My testimony is almost the same..I was single Mom while raising him..I thank God I had my Mother to care for him while I worked...My son saw how my Brother and I cared for his Grandmother/my Mother in her Golden years!!! He went to college out of state..Before he could finish my Mother transitioned😢..While in college my Son met his now wife..at first she was oh so sweet! She got BS then went on to get her Master's.. I had pulled money our of my Retirement account to help them purchase their own Condo.. Before I retired it was when are you coming? I retired..Sold my family home of 60 yeaers, moved to the State where they are on the promise of getting a house with Mother in law Suite..But, after 9mos of living with them..I got the knock on the door..tell me I had to move!!! I was blessed to have my health where I didn't have to go into a home..My Brother had moved in with me..he transitioned 2017 ..Now I live alone, my health is pretty good..I can still do basic care things and I can still drive! What's so sad is ..Stain is using my daughter in law to drain all of my Son's hopes and dreams from him...What ever she tell him to do to me...He'll do it just so she'll be a happy wife..happy life!!! It's crazy..I can see the stress and the hurt in him...But, I keeping praying that his life will be better soon❤😢❤❤❤

My mother took care of 10 children, which she gave birth to. Three preceded her in death. But when she grew sick at 82 years old, only the one remaining daughter was there to take care of her along with two great grand children. Mother moved from her beloved home outer state to live with me, her seventh child. Then the Lord took her after her third surgery. She was flown back to the family home for her funeral at her church for many years and laid to rest at the family Cemetery. I miss her, so very much, but the love, kindness, and generosity she instilled in me amist my struggles and abuse will always remain. Because I have taken care of many without resources. And with very little in honor of my mother. I could not drive those mothers away.

Last summer I went through a hurtful life changing time. My wonderful son in law, without speaking to my daughter first, came to me and said “I want you to know you always have a home with us. I want you to come live with us and I know Jamie will agree, plus our sweet boy needs his Na Na.” The day I moved in he met me in the driveway with a huge hug and said, “Welcome home.” My heart is so full of love for him, my beautiful daughter and my sweet grandson Ezra. The Lord has blessed me beyond measure. I have a wonderful Mother as well. Her faith and prayer have brought me through the dark. Thank you Lord for the many blessings you have given me.

My son was hit by a truck and now has TBI he was supposed to take care of me when I got older but he will never be the same again so now I have to take care of him I will never get to see his life prosper in life again as he is almost a vegetable it saddens me to see my child like this there are no words to describe what I'm going through or feeling. I remember this being my all-time favorite song as a kid. My mother never let us listen to rap growing up. I'm her youngest and have watched my mother suffer so much so that it's taken a toll on my health. I never dreamed that one day I would have to take care of my mother, father and stepdad all by myself especially seeing as how they did/do so much for my other siblings and their kids. For those of you reading this and feel as if you're so tired and are ready to throw in the towel and put your parent (s) away in a nursing home, I too have been in your shoes. I have walked away from job opportunities, relationships and have even wondered what my life would have been like if I had/have that "freedom," but 2000 years ago, there was a man who walked the streets healing the sick and raising the dead that promised me a room in his father's mansion. You only get 1 mother and father. Give them their roses while they are alive to smell them. For one day, you too will be in their shoes.

I only have one Son..He's my only child..My testimony is almost the same..I was single Mom while raising him..I thank God I had my Mother to care for him while I worked...My son saw how my Brother and I cared for his Grandmother/my Mother in her Golden years!!! He went to college out of state..Before he could finish my Mother transitioned😢..While in college my Son met his now wife..at first she was oh so sweet!
She got BS then went on to get her Master's.. I had pulled money our of my Retirement account to help them purchase their own Condo..

I retired..Sold my family home of 60 yeaers, moved to the State where they are on the promise of getting a house with Mother in law Suite..But, after 9mos of living with them..I got the knock on the door..tell me I had to move!!! I was blessed to have my health where I didn't have to go into a home..My Brother had moved in with me..he transitioned 2017 ..Now I live alone, my health is pretty good..I can still do basic care things and I can still drive!
What's so sad is ..Stain is using my daughter in law to drain all of my Son's hopes and dreams from him...What ever she tell him to do to me...He'll do it just so she'll be a happy wife..happy life!!!

My mother took care of 10 children, which she gave birth to. Three preceded her in death. But when she grew sick at 82 years old,
only the one remaining daughter was there to take care of her along
with two great grand children. Mother moved from her beloved home outer state to live with me, her seventh child. Then the Lord took her after her third surgery. She was flown back to the family
home for her funeral at her church
for many years and laid to rest at the family Cemetery.
I miss her, so very much, but the love, kindness, and generosity she
instilled in me amist my struggles and abuse will always remain. Because I have taken care of many without resources. And with very little in
honor of my mother. I could not drive those mothers away.

my mother transitioned on Jan 20, 2020 and im at peace with it she was saved sactified filled with the holy ghost and baptized and also a evangalist it gives me peace because i know she made it in them pearly gates..... i miss her with everything in me... we loved her but God loved her more... through any and every situation guess what God is still Goooooood!!!!!!

My mother passed away the 5th month the 3rd 2005 and I barely heard of 5th month to 7th 2005 my brother and sister didn't give a flower then come to her and I stay there and watching the hospital I know she's in heaven Dancing In The Clouds my brother and sister I had a lot to my mother tell them that my brother and sister was coming but they never did but I was there with Jesus
I lost mine 14 July 2006 and honestly I wish she was here to drive me crazy,just to get a hug to cry on her shoulders just to tell her how much I love her and just how much I need her. Tears I tell you. did my best for her in the days leading to the end of her life and even before she was my everything.rest on mommy
