I would suggest cutting everything down as thin as possible and stick with one type of item so that everything drys evenly and ends at the same time. Also, apple slices are amazing when dried!
Hi Gen, It looks like a nicely made dehydrater & sounds like your got a great deal. You will have to let us know how it worked out. Hope you have a nice evening.🌝🌻🌼💛🦋
They're still dehydrating, takes awhile but I think that's normal been in there I'd say 4hrs now. There's a timer so it will shut off when done but don't want to leave on when I go to bed tonight so hopefully will be done before bed time. I hope you have a nice evening too Donna xo
I will. Another channel I watch (the Mac's Life) was talking about how dehydrators are way down in price right now because no one was buying them, so I looked around and found this one, if it works out I'll be tickled pink.
So, it ended up taking 8 hours to dehydrate which is very normal, except discovered raspberries can take 24 hours because they're very juicy ended up just eating the raspberries as I don't have the patience to wait 24 hrs and don't want the dehydrator on while I'm sleeping. Worked great for potatoes, bananas and carrots though. Doing more potatoes right now, will store and use in soups and stews, they rehydrate with moisture.
Also it cleaned really easy, I just used a scrubbrush to clean and it worked great, didn't get to messy anyway, pleased about that. I definitely recommend.
Good deal ❤good morning ❤

NIce! That looks like a good one too! You'll have to let us know how it all turns out.
The reviews were mixed at Walmart but so far I'm very happy with it, no issues. Thanks so much for stopping by Gwen xo
