Sadly Im from 2003 but since I can remember I am a big fan of this Franchise. I just cant wait to play the re4 remake.

I wasn’t alive for the original release of RE2, but I started playing the remake a few days ago. This is by far my favorite track, it perfectly captures the feeling of that unsure safety you feel. You’re not sure what’s ahead, you’re rattled from the events of the past 20 minutes or so, but for now you’re safe. It’s peaceful.

One of the greatest games ever made..every room was like a journey into the future and the past, delightfully new and packed with detail you wanted to look at..the code on the whiteboard was SUCH a TOUCH! A men and women work together to overcome evil! A masterwork. :D

The remake has its own place for bringing it to life. Both together.
The music captures the sense of an uncertain safety. Is the Police Station actually a safe haven or is it full of zombies..? Only one way to find out.. Excellent work.

I wished the same thing to, go back in time when I was a child as well playing these games that brought meaning to life, however the times we are in now are even better than before because we have awesome memories to look back on and new ones to make just as awesome as the past, our future can be the new past for us. My favorite part about this amazing song and sound combo is that I’m literally being put to sleep by a Resident Evil game! The devs did such an amazing job giving this terrifying and unknown police station a sense of comfort and security that can only be found inside a safe room. Amazing work!

The remake 3 one is some cheap remix of this one. The one here is a straight up classic from RE2 original and the og soundtrack added to remake 2.
Along with the resident evil 1 remake save room music this is an instant transportation to late 90s and the holden age of survival horror . You will never play games with these quality of storylines and gameplay ever again.
Having a bad day I listen to this and RE 3 safe room and I feel better.

This theme is magical.. Resident Evil 2, my first Resident Evil and favorite with "3: Nemesis".
Playing Remake2 with the classic soundtrack is the only right way to play.

28 months later we're still here.
The rainstorm is a newer and nice touch to the theme because of the fact that it rains a lot in the Remake, whereas it doesn't in the original RE2.

When I completed RE2 remake I tried a mod where everything was a Mr X. But I was more shocked when I seen a Mr x walking on the ceiling XD.

@@retrogamesoundwaves3977 I think it might have been that, been a while as my pc overheats lol. But Because the lickers sometimes on ceiling I think it confuses the game. The most funny mod I seen though is the 500%facial animations lol, shame we can't get that mod.

" I laid up in my panic room watching the camera monitors. Rain belting down on the tin roof filling me with some semblance of what use to be normalcy. It didn't last long. I could hear blood curdling screams filling the night sky. As eerie as it was to hear, the silence and moaning that surely followed was worse. Watching it play out on camera made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. What the hell are these things? What could have happened to these people? I couldn't even begin to tell you what time it was much less how it all started. I only remember taking my daily routine from work to the store only there was panic buying. People were scared. Humanity will show it's colors when survival is a chip on the table. I wasn't much a of a "news" guy but something felt different here, off. No civil behavior or purchases at check out. Everyone scurried for their items and left. Riots filled the monitors news feed. I immediately ran home. The news showed fires everywhere. Police blockades being broken through. For all intents and purposes it wasn't a warzone but a nightmare unraveling. For the time being, I'm safe but my HAM radio picks up military distress signals at times. The debate on whether this place is gonna be blown to hell in a matter of hours is over the airwaves. There is a military blockade south of the parks woods blocking off I-95 and the entrance to Racoons city successfully. My apartment building is a pretty far walk from there. My mind was made up, I had to try and escape this city. Trusty Colt Python at my side and a bandolier full of ammo I set out into the night through the fire escape on the side of the building and began my escape from the city."

I remember being shown this by my best friend way back in 1998 , I was 7 years old and had no idea about zombies , I was fucking terrified I screamed and cried for the console to be turned off XD but you know what? Ever since then I could never get enough of this game I fell in love with it and as of today i bought and old copy of it from a pawn shop........my christmas treat for myself :)
