everyone has their own preference to play, for me i dont really explore much i just do quests, collecting culuses n farm for my characs. n some people play this for the lore and such. i started to play this on 2021 but yet my account doesnt seems like it cos sometimes i just dont have the time to play, and most times i couldnt even play my phone since i was busy. and tbh imo there's no fixed way to play genshin, cos from what i see everyone has their own way of playing the game. you're not the only one who's living in this world so u cant expect someone who dont know u (personally) to satisfy ur gaming expectations. :)

It's ok to get casually everything along the way and explore without pressure, it's the game after all and not work or duty. But, the thing is that someone who is an old player and showing content on the streaming and video platforms, also considering the characters you have; it is incomprehensible to me that you are missing so much from the game content because half of those oculuses/puzzles/chests are connected actually to World Quests/Character stories/Hangouts that are important for enjoying the game in its fullest. Еspecially if you've done Archon quests as well. The biggest lore drops and challenges are actually in World Quests and Character stories that connect Archon. And on the way of doing those actually you pick up most of oculuses. Not doing proper exploration in an exploration game is like going to the cafe and ordering a T-shirt, or buying a ticket to a football game but upon arriving at the stadium watching a cooking show on the phone, etc. No offence but the perception of the further Archon and overall gaming experience can be just shallow in Genshin if not doing key things in the certain game and proceeding casually. It's like buying a book and then reading just the ending or summary or a certain page in the middle, or even worse drawing a flower/skull etc, on the book cover without reading a word. It's like killing half of joy by such engagement. Sure your gaming- your choice, but I wondered and just can't understand such an approach to gaming in a particular genre and case such as Genshin.
