Yes try to store in an airtight container to preserve the crispiness. It'll still be consumable! For about 3-5 days (they may get chewier and tougher after that).
Hi there! They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3-5 days (they tend to get harder to chew after that), or stored in the fridge for 7-10 days.
Hey, wanted to know can we make lean pork instead chicken? 2. Can we use baking powder instead agar agar, or casava instead corn flour. 3. What is the process of pre baking the chicken. We loose its collagen and protein interim. 4. Can we use raw garlic 5. Instead breadfruit flour what else can we use.
Hi there! Feel free to reference our written recipe here: www.ainayums.com/chicken-chips/ 1/ Yes lean pork should work similarly, though we haven't tried it yet (let us know how it tastes :) ) 2/ Agar agar powder acts as a binder, so you can substitute cornstarch (or gelatin) at a 1:1 ratio. Baking powder instead of agar agar unfortunately won't work well. For the cassava flour, you can substitute tapioca flour or arrowroot flour. 3/ From our recipe link above, you can simply season your chicken breast with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or chopped raw garlic). Then, line a baking sheet with foil and bake at 350F (205C) for about 20 mins. 4/ Definitely, feel free to add raw garlic to your food processor instead of garlic powder. 5/ You can substitute breadfruit flour with coconut flour. If it's hard to purchase coconut flour, you can try using the same amount in cassava or tapioca flour - we haven’t tried this yet, so let us know how it goes if you do. Hope that helps :)

Hi Andika! Yes you can replace breadfruit flour with coconut flour. If you don't have access to either one, you can also try replacing it entirely with cassava flour (haven't tried with only cassava flour yet, but let us know how it is if you do!).
@@wisnudir We haven't tried other types of meat yet but let us know how it turns out! Typically a leaner meat works best for these chips, but if you can find lean beef or wild salmon, that may work better.
Hi there - try spreading it on parchment paper! It will be sticky when you spread the batter on the parchment, but once it bakes, the batter should easily lift and no longer stick to it :)

I agree... I would not cook the chicken first...
I would puree it with the ingredients you're talking about.
But I do LOVE the way she did this..
Turkey would be great too...
