You’re right, these homes have no property and your view is a crappy fence using pressure treated lumber, not even composite wood. Here in Canada we stagger the boards so both sides have a nice view. There’s a topper like lattice or metal detailing with caps on the posts. Some of the post caps they use are solar powered lights. These just look like popsicle sticks all in a row. One side sucks. They need to learn how to build aesthetically pleasing fences over there. They are so far behind.
