Tama ang mindset ni kuya. Kumbaga no regrets on his part coz he did everything he could. He still realizes that there are more opportunities out there, that it doesn’t end in Canada alone.
Anak ko nag post graduate last year oct 2024. Di diya nag part time work, full student siya. Nakagraduate with high grades.
That is the good thing, you tried and you applied for PR. That's what I did I applied for PR under Tr to Pr. It was refused. Even my open work permit has been refused. Then I applied for Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds. I showed and submitted all of my refusal applications before, I even confessed to the immigration officer that I worked cash jobs within two years in order to survive. I volunteered a lot and I am donating financially to four different Canadian charitable institutions. Thank God! I am approved! PR now! ❤

Yung fried ko same situation din, sabay ang application ng LMIA at Work Permit, Panay ang send Nila ng webform sa IRCC updating them na still in process pa din LMiA at the same time requesting IRCC to delay the processing/review of their Work Permit application. After 5 long months of waiting na approved ang LMIA tas few days after naman yung Work Permit.
Mabuti pa to si Sir alam niya saan lulugar 'the word itself temporary you can go out anytime'. I like his mindset.
It is not a new thing. I came to Canada in 2010 applied for PR in 2012 and was granted PR 2015.
Great mindset po. Life does not stop there. Kumbaga, as long as may opportunities, grab it. We should always seek for good and better opportunities. As long as you trying your best po. Huwag lang talaga na panghinaan ng loob. Mahirap po talaga pero I know and believe that great sacrifices come with great news.
Mam Ina.. chris here from bracebridge. patapus na rin po WP namin by April this year. nag collect po ako ng other options. More power Ma'am Ina 👍
It’s like history repeating itself.

It takes 4 or more years to be a license electrician in Canada you have to go through apprenticeship first and you're not allowed to handle anything will voltage onsite because of liability concern if something happen and if you are not license, insurance will not cover the claim, and the company might face legal consequence, but then I could be wrong.
Timestamp 8:20 I wonder why the consultant said that. The NOC for workers mixing beverages is completely different from electrician. I guess that’s NOC TEER 95106. If the applicant needs to get a letter from HR indicating completely different duties than what he is actually doing, then that’s misrepresentation. If the machine fails to function, and the electrician works on the machine, that’s still covered by a different NOC.

Nothing against immigration consultants but you can do your own research (using official website) as an additional savings. There’s no harm in requesting and using timely, well-written follow-ups on your application. Always pray and ask God for guidance. God bless.

better na meron ka work permit under closed work permit talaga kasi like in BC PNP, they need closed Work permit na meron talaga LMIA or Non-LMIA to qualify for the points and nominations. bakit kasi mga kabayan natin naghahanap ng open work permit lagi...
I qualified for the BCPNP skilled worker class even without LMIA. Advantage of open work permit is you can choose the employer you want to work with. Most non LMIA jobs available are high wage which also increases your point in BCPNP and makes Metro Vancouver more liveable.
