Fez "wrecking the flow of the show" is radio gold. It isn't always gold 100% of the time, but Fez's insanity adds more to the show and does NOT bring the show to a halt. Fezzie's nonsense flows naturally into fantastic bits. Opie's nonsense steers the ship into Bit's-Fuckin-Over Harbor.
