Fidel wasn't expensive in the beginning,only after getting clients the cost shot up,the same hse @60sqm which he was charging at 1.4-1.6 M ,he's now charging at 2.3M,do the maths

Local materials tends be cheaper depending on your site location and availability ..However they take longer time to construct compared with precast....the choice is yours..slow or fast ..Money is consumed either way
