In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Mummy skull! Mummy is a character I've always envisioned new players picking up and instantly hating. He has a hard to use basic attack as well as the most oddly sluggish movement in the game. When you dash with him you fall to the ground without being able to move, when he lands on the ground after dashing he gets stuck in place for a moment as well. I'd wager most new players pick him up once and never want to use him again, however, I am here to show you why that's wrong and that Mummy is actually good. Mummy at even unique starts showing his value, at least in the weapons department, since at unique is when his basic attack really opens up and you start seeing the utility of his basic attack and the weapons. His basic attack is the most versatile in the entire game, and some of the weapons he can get his hands on are some of the most abusable things in the entire game, especially the flamethrower at legendary. Mummy is also no slouch in the ability department, although this really only becomes truly good at legendary. Sadly one of his skills, the Knife skill, is pretty much useless, but his other skills are all great, ESPECIALLY Mummy Ball, which is easily one of the strongest stacking skills in the game. This makes Mummy good at both of the strongest archetypes in the game, Crit Items and Ability Spam Items. Today's run will be focused around the former, Crit Items. Joined by Champion, can Mummy show his value to some people in my audience who may have otherwise written him off?
According to Reddit, Samurai's Single Slash has 100% chance to crit. Not like "it always crits" it just has 100% crit chance, which means with Veiled Mask it would have 70%, which MIGHT make it decent to take on Samurai.
I noticed that on dark mirror 2 I don’t have some of the items he gets. Is it because I haven’t hit higher floors? Also. What skul/ build do you recommend to get to
Higher levels. I almost beat the dark hero with a bleed build on the wound skul
hey man i know this is old but in case you don't know yet, the new items (like the cudgel) and like 4 skulls are from the dlc

Ok now that’s over I would like to say I don’t hate mummy I just think he’s the most dead weight skull in the game because to quote you “yeah he’s good you just gotta get to legendary” with other skul like werewolf,ghoul, and solider where for the first 2 it’s what makes them REAL GOOD or with solider what makes him good you just got to get them to rare for wolf and unique for the other 2 which is 10 and 30 which is something you can get done by act 1 end of act and if lucky by the first adventure fight but with mummy from rare to legendary it’s 130 fragments if you low roll and get bad bone piles you can have to wait till after fucking chimera along with his useless swap and bad movement it’s basically just your second skull to work with he gets the homing rocket launcher which is good but the other 2 are the alright-47 and laser which just sucks like with ghoul I have not taken piety and been fine but it feels like you NEEEED weakness exposure to make up for his bad damage at rare and unique
