The Pink Medicine Show, episode 2 (ITV 1978) (Re-upload)

This is the second edition of the medical sketch comedy (written by and starring real doctors Rob Buckman and Chris Beetles) that always seemed rather out-of-place in the middle of Friday primetime on ITV - it felt like it really ought to be on BBC2 much later at night. Maybe that's why it only got the one series.

The only reason i watched this episode in 1978 was because straight after it was the making of star wars and i was terrified id miss it!

I remember this! Would have fit perfectly on CH4, ahead of it's time I guess but with a touch of Python.

I would latter be a Nursing Auxillary/HCA and just finished school when this was first broadcast and this does very much define a lot of the NHS as I knew it
