Poirier was such a good fighter, but once taken down by khabib he hardly got up and end up quitting like conor... tony too tried an iminari ,maybe if he got justin , the result would have been different, just may be... It was a bitter sweet night . I love to see Gaethje win . Hate to see Ferguson lose. Not gonna lie I think Khabib vs Gaethje is just as stylistically intriguing as Tony vs Khabib .
This fight played out very similar to Holloway vs poirier 2. The power and timing of justin threw tony off and stopped him from finding his rhythm. Both phenomenal fighters and hoping tony still gets a shot one day at the belt.
M.A.A.D not at all. Gaethje took 10yrs off of Tony’s life and beat the shit out of him every round. Max got 1 or 2 rounds on Poirier and was never out of it.
@Tupac Nation the type of damage tony took is something almost no fighter ever recovers from. i have seen it several times, i think tony will never be the same.
Tupac Nation 10yrs was an exaggeration and was in reference to his total life span, not remaining fighting career. You must be really dumb to not have understood that. Tony’s still got some fight in him but he fooling a life changing beating last night. Bye bye. Biggie was better.

I've been a Justin fan since before he came into the UFC. I'll be honest I never expected this. I never expected him to evolve into a more technical fighter I never expected him to make it this far. It honestly brought a tear to my eye.
Who broke the Boogeyman, Justin gaethje, you want to know why, cuz he's good bro. 3 ways to break, Tony didn't break in the mind or the soul but the body went
@William Robert he was trying to create distance but he was moving so slow then it kind of does look like he's turning his back. His legs were completely gone at that point.
Crazy he is half Mexican
I admire this guy and I am happy for him! He seems very down to Earth, honest, and with a kind, positive attitude and it's refreshing to see! Congratuls to Justin and I wish him well!
“There’s not many people who’ve never stepped in the Octagon who should say anything like that” hahaha that was priceless
Damn even in victory this guy will still admit that he almost went to sleep in the second round.
Most guys would just say,
" Meh it was nothing I was never in trouble."
Not this guy, he just admits it like it's no big deal. Massive respect for that.
Hopefully gaethje wins against khabib, then tony vs. khabib
Hahaha joke
Poirier is better than gaetjhe and u saw what happen right. Fucking lmao brain
Stupid joke hyped fanboy. U know no one will defeat khabib on this level. It just fucking hyped. Like a smoke. It was nothing
No it would be Conor vs winner
@@davidabelthethird895 another joke connor vs the winnner. Connor is facing poirrier or masvidal
Still can’t get over this mans performance what a beast!!
So proud of Justin Gaethje...so humble and full of respect ✊....great job bro...I just knew Tony is gona be Smash!!!..talk is always cheap!!!!..hit man got hit now.
9:54 " no more questions ? " ( No más ? ) Love this guy.
Everyone’s a gangster until khabib grab their legs, Classic
you're right ...i see this thing that most of the fighters are hardly excellent in the ground game..and when they are taken down they suffer because as i said they are not well prepared for that...
this given an upper hand to the fighters like khabib and tony who have a very great ground game...
Poirier was such a good fighter, but once taken down by khabib he hardly got up and end up quitting like conor...
tony too tried an iminari ,maybe if he got justin , the result would have been different, just may be...
Groud Game is ruling this Game in short
@@etangwang8246 what are you smoking?
@@kshitizmayank7208 only if Tony would of tried in the 2nd or 3rd round when told to he would of had a chance. I'm starting to think maybe Tony's ego was so big that he wanted to beat JG at his own game and strike with him. Kind of like Rousey&Holms. They are so good at wrestling but never tried to switch it up when receiving an ass whipping.
The One I’m smoking reality , want a puff?
@@maxo7908 maybe if his coaches has pushed on at every corner advice instead of asking for sand
It was a bitter sweet night . I love to see Gaethje win . Hate to see Ferguson lose. Not gonna lie I think Khabib vs Gaethje is just as stylistically intriguing as Tony vs Khabib .
Imagine getting more bonuses than paychecks from your job... Humble as all hell. Talk about being a valuable asset.
Dude finished Tony's career for good.
i felt it when he said “school clothes shopping was a vacation for us”
This is the 2nd time I watched Justin's interview... This guys is for real.... Full of confidence.
Justin Gaethje is a fucking gee. From Bellator to UFC.....This shit will be remembered...You are a soldier Justin. You are a monster my boy!
Great response on the backflip great response on the backflip. Also great response on how to sell your product world domination. I love how you're going into Ireland after
“Cant think of myself as the champion cuz for one im not and 2, Khabib is still there”. Most realistic and honest statement ever made
Wtf Gaethje doing at the start 😂
Young thug leak station the best way to ground yourself
Adrenaline is wearing off, dudes probably starting to feel some pain. You can tell throughout the whole thing
@Young thug leak station 🤣👍
Buc Nasty Yeah his hands probably stings pretty bad as well with all the cuts and bruises

This guy has been on a tear. Really good, exciting and honest fighter.
Where are all the boogeyman fans that said gaethje cant go 2 rounds he went 5 with a cardio machine and crushed him every round !!
Yea thats what i said but im aslo stating that ppl who actually train know more of what that outcome can possibly be because they understand the situation rather than 90 percent of these ppl commenting that never threw a punch in the existence of their life but sure anything can happen and everyone's is welcome to their opinion no-one stated otherwise

I love Justin Gaethje, you can not became a hater of this man after a performance like that, even though Tony is your idol. So much love to Justin and his team!
He took his cup out in the middle of the first question 😂😂😂
altaf ahmad his nut cup
The cup it's protection for his sweaty balls.
John from the Netherlands : congratulations Justin ...a fabulous unforgettable fight that brought us at the tip of the chair.
"Looks like we gonna jump on Justin's bandwagon now" - Khabib's haters.
SlashMagic 8 nah, I hate Khabib but I doubt anyone can beat him.
Sheepleton why would someone hate khabib. His name literally Means love🤨
@@ADil-zv7rp they make themselves believe they have a reason to hate him but in reality theres nothing to hate , so many people said the same and i verbally destroyed them in arguments
@@zweitezl5225 Most of the haters are Mcgregor hardcore fans. Seeing your idol get smashed like that can be pretty tough, so the only option is to hate the winner. I used to hate him, but I realised that he was just the better fighter and Conor underestimated him.
How could any fight fan, not love Justin Gaethje. Straight killer in cage, but nice, humble guy in the streets.
he doesn’t give a fook about winning
"The good thing is I'm fighting humans" justin has a guts from berserk type mentality guy is literally fighting demons in his head. Khabib has that same mentality the fight will be insane.
Khabib says, oh shit time to hide from Gaethje now!! Down goes Khabib, Down goes Khabib!!
Holy shit you idiots are more worst than the covid 19 virus.
Keep jumping Khabib's hater
Ricky Ferguson in your dreams bro
ZAHID KHAN ...he is a great fighter no doubt! Great fighter! I just think he is going to get beat ! My adult son Says I am crazy! Now, if he was fighting Connor..different story!
Jon Hoef I agree with u 100% I am not a Tony Ferguson fan! Glad he got his ass beat!!
I love tony so much but it’s so hard to not be a fan of Justin, he is sooo humble and it’s Easy to tell that he’s genuinely a good guy.
Justin the type of guy to take over Tony’s meme
Lmao dude just takes his cup out right at the start of the conference
Rip Ferguson vs Khabib :(
Yup. It'll never happen.
Huckleberry Harrison it could, tony just need to fight more people
Khabib vs Justin Connor vs Tony we want it if worse comes too worse Connor vs Justin seems very interesting rn
That was an unbelievable performance by Gaethje, props to him for stepping up to fight.
Justin burns Dana White 5:38
BOOM ROASTED
How can you not like Justin after that performance and this press conference. Good kid. Tough as nails. Never thought I'd see another man do that to the boogeyman.
Technical Gaethje could definitely beat khabib with the way he looked tonight
You think Khabib is gonna just stand with him ?
They say the same shit every time..conor would destroy him dustin would destroy bla bla bla
@Bust Gaethje is the best wrestler Khabib will have ever faced good luck with that
@@PmK96 exactly this
M M well then umm he couldn’t handle khabib s chain wrestling and submission threat
I love this dudes fighting style . It’s that good old street fighting style .
Justin, I've been fighting since I was an embryo Gaethje.
😂😂😂😂
Imagine how friendly and respectful the face-offs/pressers for Khabib vs Justin are going to be. I expect zero trash talking.
If Khabib pulls out against Gaethje, McGregor v Gaethje would be a massive fight after this
@altaf ahmad well said
lol 28 of them had a best takedown defense not mcnugget but all of them..until he experienced the pressure of khabib it will be a whole damn new level from him
@altaf ahmad If Gaethje keeps himself in the center he can easily defend khabibs single legs even conor could do that. Gaethje could do it
Finally we will see 2 Humble, Honest human beings to fight for the belt.
Khabib - Justin are two gentlemen who puts respect as a Priority.
Big respect to Tony for taking the fight and cutting weight twice in a month, he wasn't obligated but he is a professional . He is the type of fighter that feeds off the crowd, I'm sure the lack of thousands of people screaming and cheering you on had an impact on his performance, and big respect to Justin. Fantastic fight. Neither guy should be ashamed of that
@Dee Jay Justin actually had 2-3 weeks more time to train than Tony did. So not really a short notice for Justin. I'm not throwing shade at Justin, he put a spectacular performance. I'm just correcting you.
Gaethje is a great dude.. he earned a lot of fans with that performance and the press conference after.
Styles make fights. Tony had the best chance vs Khabib.
Джастин благородный воин,видно как он не бросается со всех ног добивать поверженного соперника.
Justin is a noble warrior, it’s clear that he doesn’t rush to finish off a defeated opponent.Respect!
Tony vs Khabib match is definitely cursed.
Two times cutting weight almost in a row is understandable of bad performance.
I hope Tony is gonna come back fully recovered asap.
Fergurson Tony who cares about that fight? Justin vs tony is the new rivalry. Tony just needs to get back in there. Tony vs conor
@@profileone5655 i hope so bro. but i wanna tony fight with khabib even khabib posted on instagram implying justin.
You know justin aint really lying when he said i was having fun in there. There was no time in there when he was in danger. He really fought smart and wish him nothing but the best
Sucks that Tony lost but I'm happy for Justin.. I still want a rematch rather than Justin vs Khabib
He even told something to tony where it should be remembered forever in tony's mind, "being an a-hole wont get you nowhere" i was like damn this is so much humble and respect to him
Justin gaethje reminds me of Dan Henderson💪💯
i love him. he's so humble.
This is the best American fighter I ever saw second is Dustin porrier the rest all big tongue 👅 like diaz etc
Diaz bros just speak the truth and whats on their mind tbh i would have to agree the era we are in right now with all the shit talking kinda sucks but most of it is fabricated and sone people find it entertaining(not me personally) but the diaz bros just talk shit when they genuinly dont like their oppenets not necessarily to sell a fight and thats why they got so many fans. But your right Justin is one of my favorites and might be the greatest lightweight right now def number one contender and I said he definitly tried to lowball himself so people would doubt him but him beating Tony (favorite fighter of all time to me) was no shook and I bet good money on him cejudo and Pettis.
Young Daffy Duck The Third Diaz bro’s are whack Justin would smoke them

Rare to see in a champ in this sport. Humility, respect. From a working class community. Has had to work hard for everything. Controls his destiny. Side note i think it's crazy that a wrestler with his set of skills never showcases then in fights. Except perhaps fighting off take downs.
Tony didn't throw enough sand in Justin's face :/
SlashMagic 8 tony needs a new team lol fkn guy told him to throw a manoura role or some shit like that and he did it 🤣🤣🤣 tony could of won had he not played justins game. i knew justins power and aggression would overwhelm tony i felt bad for tony he had some irreversible brain damage done to him last night
Justin the type of a fighter that just fight and fight not so meant in anything he's just a real the way he talk and act is very normal and being real on itself a realman!!
lessss goooooo justin
Justin surprise me everytime i see him fight. He is a champ! Congrats!
Tony is getting his ass whipped.
After this justin has become one of my favourite fighters in this sport so honest so real unbelievable mindset hats off to him
Justin had like 2-3 times where he could of finished him off but did not 👀 tony simply got outstriked he planned for a Khabib fight but as a professional and as mayweather says “a champ adapts to the situation “ tony after round 2 should of changed his game plan but did not *my opinion
Most people make that mistake and swarm Tony when he is hurt and get trapped in his submissions or elbow barrage. Best to let him free and attack again after a few seconds. Which is exactly what Justin did
Big fan of this guy now. Sounds like a solid, stand up dude and an absolute killer in the octagon.
