There's only 2 things I concentrated on and it helped me to grow back my hair:
    1. Lowering the factors that cause hair loss like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking.
    2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, fresh fruits, and greens..
What ever the reason there is usually a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and don’t stress over it.

I've also been consistently using the Reactivate Hair Growth Serum, and my hair is feeling much more volume and looks significantly denser too.

Amla oil - this is a heavier oil than what I usually use, I only use it on the lengths of my hair, not my scalp, and I always make sure it’s thoroughly washed out so there’s no left over residue. I bought this because of all the positive reviews from people on tiktok/RUclips, however I’m conflicted about the mineral oil part. Not sure that I’ll keep using it, but if you’ve had a positive experience with amla oil please let me know!

I’d say use Amla Gold, I’ve been using Amla oil since I was baby, but I always found the smell strong, more concentrated and the more older I became I realised that Amla oil can make your hair darker, after reading about it (it’s fine for me, seeming as I have black/dark brown hair). Despite all this I never stopped using it as it gives me the nourishment that I want. About 6 months ago my mother bought Amla Gold from the shop and I thought I’d try it and oh my god I took her bottle and never gave it back 😂 it is so much better than the original oil, the gold isn’t as concentrated as the original and it smells like rosemary, I always found the original oil very sticky and thick in my hair as the concentration for the formula is so strong, I found it hard to wash everything away properly but with the gold, the oil is just beautiful, I’d highly recommend the Amla gold xx

Alma oil main ingredient is mineral oil, it also contains perfume and colors, amla oil extract is the least on the list, it’s better to use natural amla powder and make it as a hair mask or put in hair oil..
Regular usage of mineral oil can lead to dry and fragile hair. This will cause more breakage and hair split ends.
Mineral oil can create a barrier on the hair that prevents moisture from penetrating, which can lead to dryness and damage over time.
It can lead to buildup on the scalp, weigh down strands with lingering product residue and cause hair to become stiff and lifeless.

Mineral oil is not bad for the hair. It's only bad if you aren't washing it out enough.
Look at your products. They'll be some kind of mineral oil in there just called a different name

I would deep condition or use hair masks that moisturize. Apply a hair spf if you’re spending a lot of time outside. Your hair will likely not go back to the way it was before after a straightening treatment like that. But! Hair does grow. So I’d also focus more on growth too, and getting a healthy scalp. Hair growth serums, scalp oils are all helpful like what I show in videos.
