You can find alot of persian influence there because of the persianised dynasty that ruled india for hundreds of years.taj mahal was designed by persian architects and Persian was the officual court language for 400 years there before english invaded india.

For example, I see that rice is continuously used in Iran, we in Italy have many different varieties of rice that have specific use for each dish. For example, we have pasta of all types and shapes filled and unfilled. Each city has its own pasta suitable for each different sauce. For the first courses we have rice, pasta, polenta, gnocchi with all kinds of condiments because Italy goes from the depth of the Mediterranean and almost African and Middle Eastern products to the alpine ones ... We have no food taboos and we also use the pork that has a thousand different uses and products. We use alcohol that is integrated into food and sweets in a thousand different ways. We have traditions that originate from the Italic peoples prior to the Romans. Specific ancient grains that I grow only in some areas. We have a higher and more sophisticated use of fish. We use ancient and modern cooking techniques (modern because we invented them!) To make sweets and breads of all kinds. We have a thousand types of cheeses, a thousand different types of wine. We have a much more varied use of spices, in Iran saffron, cinnamon and turmeric are used everywhere. So yes, I believe that cooking in Iran is a great kitchen and has a great tradition but I don't think there is a better and more varied and healthier cuisine than the Italian one. Let's stay friends anyway ! ;)

What I love about Iranian food is the fact that you have all the spectrum of taste. You can have rich flavorful combination of ingredients like in Ghormeh Sabzi or the simplicity of original taste like in kaleh Pacheh or just barg. Good delicious food does not have to be expensive or complicated.
Iran culture have strong influence in Indian especially Persian food. Irani chai in Hyderabad is so popular which is expensive compared to other chai’s available. Thanks for the video.
@@ebparsa No it was Muslim merchants and dynasties that settled in the Indian subcontinent in the 16th to 18th century brought Falooda in India . The present form was developed in the mughals times. It's different than iranian version as it has ice-cream, subja, dry fruits and other ingredients in addition to rose syrup, ice and noodles.
I swear the Irani version looks basic af, its literally rose water and noodles :p. The Irani guy in the video tells the American guy to not compare the Iranian falooda with anywhere in the world. Pretty sure he's never even tried the Indian falooda. It has much more ingredients and is way better than the Iranian one.

@Arman Yes, I understand, I know there is a great tradition in Iran but I also see that despite the antiquity of tradition, the diversity of the products counts, the imagination in using them. For example, I see that rice is continuously used in Iran, we in Italy have many different varieties of rice that have specific use for each dish. For example, we have pasta of all types and shapes filled and unfilled. Each city has its own pasta suitable for each different sauce. For the first courses we have rice, pasta, polenta, gnocchi with all kinds of condiments because Italy goes from the depth of the Mediterranean and almost African and Middle Eastern products to the alpine ones ... We have no food taboos and we also use the pork that has a thousand different uses and products. We use alcohol that is integrated into food and sweets in a thousand different ways. We have traditions that originate from the Italic peoples prior to the Romans. Specific ancient grains that I grow only in some areas. We have a higher and more sophisticated use of fish. We use ancient and modern cooking techniques (modern because we invented them!) To make sweets and breads of all kinds. We have a thousand types of cheeses, a thousand different types of wine. We have a much more varied use of spices, in Iran saffron, cinnamon and turmeric are used everywhere.
So yes, I believe that cooking in Iran is a great kitchen and has a great tradition but I don't think there is a better and more varied and healthier cuisine than the Italian one. Let's stay friends anyway ! ;)

@ThePark 627 has little to do with racsim, imo. Lots of great people and cultures everywhere in the world but their governments are shit. That's the problem.
The honest answer before you get mad is to ask people in those countries "what type of government would you choose if you had that choice". How many would choose Iran's vs the west and other democracies? I think that's a fair question to put out there.

But as to your point about appreciating a people and their culture irrespective of the type of government is valid.

What I love about Iranian food is the fact that you have all the spectrum of taste. You can have rich flavorful combination of ingredients like in Ghormeh Sabzi or the simplicity of original taste like in kaleh Pacheh or just barg. Good delicious food does not have to be expensive or complicated.

Food fact : Falooda in India originally came from Iran, later Indians made our own version of it and it's yummy!

@@ebparsa No it was Muslim merchants and dynasties that settled in the Indian subcontinent in the 16th to 18th century brought Falooda in India . The present form was developed in the mughals times. It's different than iranian version as it has ice-cream, subja, dry fruits and other ingredients in addition to rose syrup, ice and noodles.
@Error -404 before assuming do come here and eat our version of falooda. Its more yummier... Basicaly unlike urs not served with cold water. .
I swear the Irani version looks basic af, its literally rose water and noodles :p. The Irani guy in the video tells the American guy to not compare the Iranian falooda with anywhere in the world. Pretty sure he's never even tried the Indian falooda. It has much more ingredients and is way better than the Iranian one.
