  • This video will show you how to fix the turn signal switch and key lock cylinder on GM 1970's cars.
    - How to remove the horn assembly
    - How to remove the steering wheel
    - How to disassemble the internal parts inside the steering column
    - How to remove the spring clip
    - How to remove the turn signal switch
    - How to disconnect the electrical connectors of the turn signal switch
    - How to disconnect the steering column
    - How to remove the key lock cylinder
    You do not need to take off the collar on the steering column to remove the switch but you will have to disconnect the steering column.
