Soy sauce braised eggs :: easy but really delicious

Hi everyone, I'm David, I'll share how to cook soy sauce braised egg. The recipe is easy but really delicious.
Ingredient
500gr boiled egg
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 scallion, use the green part
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce / can replace dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
200ml water
1 tbsp cooking oil
