I love how bubba plays the game, I’ve always been the same and like to shape the ball around the course. Never had a lesson. Have played many 1 club rounds, 35 low with a 7i. Open stance on most shots for sure on most shots , maybe just a little closed for a big hook. Good stuff.

I filmed this entire shoot using my iPhone 4 and I can tell you first hand as a PGA Professional for 25 years, I have never witnessed anyone hit the golf ball like Bubba does. Taking shot requests in the middle of his swing and pulled them off every time. 30 yard hook with a sand wedge to a low cut 3-iron that went 270. His creativity and instincts are unbelievable. I’m not going to mention how he hit his driver...
Hey Bubba, great video and excellent job. Comments below just boggle my mind. Love the fact that golf is self taught and based on confidence & common sense. I broke my neck in 3-places and was paralyzed from the neck down. 6-years and 7000 hours of PT and working out and I got my arms and hands back, but remain 70-100% paralyzed from the chest down. I can just stand up and take an awkward step or two. I love golf and wish like hell I could play a round of golf with you. People are entitled to their opinions but Bubba is good people and proved himself a winner at the highest level. Hope all the BS comments are based on facts and not jealousy? He couldn't afford buckets of golf balls, much less 'formal instruction' as a kid, hitting whiffle balls around his yard, learning to use his hands to control path and face, his subconscious internalizing the billions (trillions?) of nerve firings, the way all humans naturally learn to use a tool. I mean, how could you possibly guide a spoonful of soup into your mouth without instruction?

I love it when this guy puts 50 yards of fade on his tee shot and still hits the ball 340 yards. Self-taught skill; kind of reminds me of Wes Montgomery - miles ahead of the pack.
Slayinum Yeah I watched it now lol It is actually very interesting, and a lot of young golfers could learn a lot from him, get an efficient swing, then just hit a ton of golf balls and trust your instincts, develop your feel and do not think too much, or at all.
I'm off and on with Bubba. I do love to see him hit off the tee and I was a huge fan when he was young before The Masters win, but I feel like something changed with him. Maybe it's just the pressure or even the ego that comes with being a Masters winner, but he isn't the same to me. Still wish him luck though.
