Okay, now I'm really confused. I thought the Henley cast was going to include the missing scenes from the show ("Lovely Ladies", "Fantine's Arrest", and whatever was not in the Billie cast). What's the deal here?
Thanks for your question, Rachel. Last year, the cast size for Les Miserables was reduced from our original plan due to COVID-19. Additionally, the original set that was leased was unexpectedly unavailable. Therefore, the TKA Theatre Company performed a staged choral version of many of the musical's most popular songs. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you'd like to see a full Les Mis production, there are two past performances available on #TKAtv. This year, as we return to normal theater operations, all TKA Theatre Co. performances will be full productions.
