I don't know why but it still showed the error "No suitable driver found..." even after I configured the classpath. Do I need to download something else?

I guess the path you specified in classpath does not exist. So it couldn't find Derby jar files.

Yes, because Derby is a pure Java database so users do not have to install any database software.

what have you tried to code? I won't do homework or exercise for you.
Thanks but it say java.sql.SQLException: XJ004.C : [0] my database name
I still get the "No suitable driver found..." exception after adding the jar files to the classpath. Any ideas of what the problem might be?
one or more jar files are missing. Make sure you add the same jars as shown in this video. Or maybe Derby changed its jar files now.
@@CodeJava thank you!
Do you know where I can check what jar files are needed now?
Nvm I figured it out... was trying to connect to jbdc:derby and not jdbc:derby😑
Hello, After adding the jar files to the class path if i still have the same error what have i done wrong?
can you share the error?
@@CodeJava Its the same error you get before you add the jar files to classpath "no suitable driver" "9.31" in your video
@@Sean-- maybe you add wrong jar file, or not enough (3 jar files).
14:44 mine says
IJ ERROR: Unable to establish connection
what is the error? check JDBC URL, username, password...
