No Jess, is not you being a “jerk” is you being professional with your swatches and giving us all the information, even if it was priced cheaper is our money we’re spending, and I really never thought about the importance of those little beads, I will be more aware now, thank you for such amazing reviews 😘
None of these are special enough to justify me paying $13- $16! I'm glad you expressed your irritation with the one polish even though they were free for you. Good review!
Have you considered doing a nail stamping series? You have some of the best collection swatches on youtube, and because you are so honest with your reviews I find that I rely on you and your videos a lot of the time when considering buying products. However I also find that I am curious about how some of these new polishes stamp as well. Some polishes I have, I got them specifically for stamping. So I would love to see some reviews of these polishes when used for stamping! ♡
Thank you for taking the time to do the mixing bead thing. I feel like issues like this are why companies send product for review. For things like this to come out! What matters to me is what they do about it. Companies make mistakes; they are run by human beings, after all! But from the sounds of it, seems like they hopefully already figured it out and remedied the mixing head situation.
Thank you for your honest review. Live Love Polish is such a great site with awesome customer service but the way they’ve gone about marketing and pricing their house brand has been a miss for me. They entered the marketplace at a price point that demands a level of quality that I haven’t seen them deliver yet. Take a brand like Cirque Colors, which offers more product per bottle and premium bottle/brush/cap and consistently puts out top-notch formulas in excellently curated collections. If LLP wants to be competitive at a similar price point they need to look at their peers like Cirque and offer comparable product experiences. There are too many wonderful salon and indie brands that put out creative, well-curated shade ranges in high quality formulas to justify spending my money on a brand that so far hasn’t offered anything to differentiate itself and justify the asking price. I haven’t given up hope, I’m just waiting for them to offer something that sets them apart.
Thank you for being so honest! The price of these polishes are too expensive. Its hard to justify purchasing them when you can get great cremes from Zoya for $10 each, and you can usually find a coupon code for some free polish too!
Thank you for such an honest review. I wouldn't pay $13 for a cream polish to begin with but if I did I'd be crazy pissed to get something like Tribeca! Hopefully they've tweaked what they do to prevent this issue from happening to anyone else.
You are not being a jerk! Live Love Polish has been in business for 3 years.... they should know they needed to put 2 mixing beads from the start. I know this is a new line, but you'd think they would have done better. You can purchase extra mixing beads from Bliss Kiss, BTW.
Despite the quality issues, none of these polishes are even slightly unique at all. It's bizarre given the brand and the high price. I like the breast cancer trio because it is supporting an awesome cause and they're holographics. Thanks for the honest review Jess. You da best.
Thank you, thank you for such an honest review!! Having the truth being told to us no matter what means the world to me. If one of us had gotten the blue and didn’t have enough experience to understand the problem, it would lead to sadness from spending so much on a polish you can’t wear nicely. Thank you for being true Jess!! ❤️❤️
Thank you for an honest review, and for showing the name of the polish, I don't always catch the name's and have to reply until I get it, I never have to worry with your review's,
I started my nail polish collection with Live Love Polish products, but after trying other brands like ILNP, Cirque Colors, and Color Club I don't think I can justify spending $16 on these polishes anymore.... I love their flakies and shimmers, but I find the holographics to be thick and difficult to apply. Not to mention that you're not even getting .5 fl oz in one bottle.
Great swatch and review Jess. Thank you for letting us know about the missing mixing beads, I wouldn't have known that was what was wrong with the polish, it is good to know. I don't know much about this brand or why it is so expensive, the bottles remind me of Butter London though, my favourites are the three pinks (I love pink :) ) and Hope is my favourite. But I just ordered Picture Polish Grace, which I think could be similar..
I hear what you are saying. I paid for my polishes and was not impressed with the how scratched and beaten up the caps came. I was expecting better quality for the price. I hope they have fixed the issue with one mixing ball and scratched caps. I’ll give them another chance and hope for the best
Great video and I also share your sentiments on this polish. I have mixing beads in my stash too, because you just never know when you’re going to need them. I’m wearing Moose today, btw.💅🏼😻
I was for a while thinking to try the live love polish brand but given the situation with Tribeca I think I'll pass. 13 dollar for a polish that might not come with mixing beads, is just too much and the shades aren't unique either. Thanks for the review. It was great and honest so exactly what we need!
Thank you for your honest review. I've never been a fan of Live Love Polish. They overprice the polishes they sell and they charge more for shipping than any other company. I ordered from them once, but I prefer buying from Colors4Nails or directly from the Indie sellers. For these reasons and more, they will never get another penny of mine.
How quickly does this brand of nail polish dry and does it dry well? I love nail polishes that dry relatively quickly (I hate waking up with cloth imprints on my nails when I painted them at noon the previous day). Also, how long does the polish last on average?
I like that irridescent glitter topper! But i already have one that's sort of similar so, I guess I'll pass (though I personally like the size of these glitters more than the one I already have).
I think there are really only a few different color shifts in iridescent glitter. They tend to look mostly the same with the differences just being the combinations of sizes and shapes :)
I've purchased 6 of their creams this month (including Tribeca). They all have 2 beads now. I didn't have any separation. With that said, they sent me a dud thermal but they rectified it within 24 hours of my complaint. Still over priced. I wait for discounts. They have them often.
I didn't even know that about the balls. It is good to have someone so knowledgeable doing these reviews! I just checked and my Chai Latte (which I bought in September), only has one mixing ball, as well. So, if I start having troubles with it, I guess I should buy some mixing balls. Cake Pop (that super limited edition one) has two mixing balls. I didn't mind the price because I had a gift card, got Cake Pop for free, and liked the color with my skin tone (light with a yellow undertone). I was also surprised that my mani lasted for 13 days (a record for me)! So, wait for them to do another giveaway and you can justify spending $13. :D
It is a shame they went with those awful square bottles. I hope they continue fixing the problems cause I have always loved their site. I couldn't justify buying more than the black & white because I have dupes for almost everything else. I can't ever get enough one coat black and white though. Linen is one of my favorite whites now, definitely worth the price tag for me.
I have to say the new rebranded merchandise seems old. Just bought Gravity hold me back and the polish was really thick, like it was old. Even the wand was heavily coated. I have been buying live love polish for a few years and that never happened before. Very disappointed. Loved the old look better, caps and all
I like these but can't justify spending $13 on a creme polish (ETA) that isn't very unique in color 🤷♀️. I only make an exception for Cirque Colors 😂 Thanks for swatching 💕
+jessFACE90 Similar happened to me. I have mixing beads, but these polishes are incredibly expensive to have to worry about that. The formula is thick. If I were any of the ladies who bought these, I would ask for my money back. Luckily I only purchased a few of these. I started to get them all, but I'm glad I didn't. The colors are gorgeous, but I'm disappointed.
We come here for your honest opinion and review, so thank you for not sugarcoating anything!

Holy crap that blue is stunning.

Thank you Jess, your honesty is always greatly appreciated.
Also what is that fabulous glitter on your eyes.
great review! thank you for being real with us

Chelsea Piers is gorgeous!!
we love your Honest reviews!!!

Thank you for such an honest review! Cirque is the only brand I can justify the 12-14 dollar price tag
I hear what you are saying. I paid for my polishes and was not impressed with the how scratched and beaten up the caps came. I was expecting better quality for the price. I hope they have fixed the issue with one mixing ball and scratched caps. I’ll give them another chance and hope for the best
Thanks for the review! I've been wondering about these. I'm interested in some, but idk, a lot of them are kind of basic.
I definitely think you can get the same performance and colors (in the creams) for a much better price from other brands.
Great video and I also share your sentiments on this polish. I have mixing beads in my stash too, because you just never know when you’re going to need them. I’m wearing Moose today, btw.💅🏼😻
Those nude cremes are gorgeous 😍
Love your videos!!!
Just got Linen and LBD with the Breast cancer trio and they both still had one ball. The BCT have 2 :).
I was for a while thinking to try the live love polish brand but given the situation with Tribeca I think I'll pass. 13 dollar for a polish that might not come with mixing beads, is just too much and the shades aren't unique either.
Thanks for the review. It was great and honest so exactly what we need!
I have a question do they last long or the chip easily?
Thank you for your review it was very well done 👍!!!

Wow glad you do these
Your nails!! 😍😍 how do you get them so square and long?
How quickly does this brand of nail polish dry and does it dry well? I love nail polishes that dry relatively quickly (I hate waking up with cloth imprints on my nails when I painted them at noon the previous day). Also, how long does the polish last on average?
Love the trio

It makes me wonder should I try this With this I got some discounted price for the polishes makes me wonder should I try this
Cobblestone, Sparks Will Fly (maybe wd pay $13 for that one) and Warrier!

I totally have mixing beads laying around...
What about review Illimité
They offered them to me but with holiday collections coming up I just have too much on my plate, so I won't be reviewing those :)
Noooo....wouldve loved to hear your thoughts on them.
It is a shame they went with those awful square bottles. I hope they continue fixing the problems cause I have always loved their site. I like Monroe but eh. I don't need it.
Tribeca reminds me very much of Zoya Mirajane.
I have to say the new rebranded merchandise seems old. Just bought Gravity hold me back and the polish was really thick, like it was old. Even the wand was heavily coated. I have been buying live love polish for a few years and that never happened before. Very disappointed. Loved the old look better, caps and all
I love your videos.
I bought a few and the wear time is TERRIBLE! They chip the same day, with a base coat and a top coat. So disappointed because I like the colors
I like these but can't justify spending $13 on a creme polish (ETA) that isn't very unique in color 🤷♀️. I only make an exception for Cirque Colors 😂 Thanks for swatching 💕
Only if they are cirque's vice collection
VolumePerfection or their maison collection. 🤤
I'd be pissed if I bought that. You're not a jerk.

Wine bar♥️
Some pretty colors but too much $$$.
Great review! I won't be buying any of these! That price is ridiculous.. Lol
I really don't think I'd pay $13 for even my favorite polishes.
Jess was being salty
