You have mentioned that "results of SOX audit are required to be made public to all stakeholders". My query is where we find this sox reports? Do they file with SEC and upload in their websites? As I am not able to locate any. I just want to have an idea how a SOX report would look like. It would be great if you could enlighten me on this. Thank you😊
Hi, Hope your doing great.I am right now working as software Engineer and want to change my domain realated to SOX. Could you please suggest me how to start and what all knowledge should i have.
Absolutely! If you’re looking to transition into a SOX-related domain, it’s all about building a strong foundation. Start by getting to grips with the basics of SOX, then consider earning certifications like CISA or CRISC. It’s also crucial to understand IT controls and gain some hands-on experience. Don’t forget the power of networking and make sure to keep learning continuously. For more insights, do check out our RUclips channel. Wishing you all the best on this exciting journey!
Go for ITGC profile. You'll have plenty of opportunities. Apart from SOX, learn about IFC, ICFR, Internal Audit and IT audit along with knowledge of one ERP like SAP, etc. You'll get a good offer in an MNC. I have seen people with 2-3 years experience getting above 15 lakhs in India. Good luck.

SOX reports are confidential in nature and are not readily shared by them. They would be sharing with SEC as required.
