Biggest tip is train more than you think you need to! I thought I was ready for race day but I ended up cramping towards the end which I didn't expect at all. Train lots of running under fatigue and for 1-2 hours at a time :)

Hey there! It is definitely a challenge - I thought I had trained enough but wish I trained more! It's so much fun though, I would recommend doing it as doubles to start off with so you get an idea of how difficult it is for you. And make sure to train your running because that is the biggest part!
