@@DanielDonohoo I appreciate this more than you know! Thanks for the sub, and we are working hard behind the scenes to continue to level up the value we can bring to others. Hope all is well in your world! #thriveon
Thank you! We both run and do a mix of weight training + functional/bodyweight programming. Since it wasn't our first HYROX we did not do as much HYROX specific training, but rather focused on strengthening our weaknesses and getting our carido dialed. In this video we talk about our training: ruclips.net/video/50mR3aDRM38/видео.htmlsi=DNTo6mykUpkIYCdQ
Thanks for your time and comment. If I was not encouraging to her throughout training and on race day...she would damn sure not race with me! She expects the most from me, and I give her everything I have both in the arena and behind the scenes. When your wife is a competitor, and you have the relationship that we do, the arena during race day is our place to purely be athletes. Those who get it, get it. So if it comes off like I am not supportivem and amazed by her accomplishments, then I cannot fault you for your opinion. But the reality is she is my hero day in and day out. Peek my other content and you will see that sir!
First time watching.( and I subscribed!) You guys are great and inspiring. Look forward to following your success!

I’m so nervous to do my first Hyrox with my husband. This makes me excited. I heard you can’t hand he handles over in the ski erg.
Excited for you! You can for sure hand them over!
Actually you can’t hand them over. You need to let them go.
holding the ski erg down and give to her is acutally not legal as far as the technical briefing goes
What was the weight for the sandbags, sled and ball throw?
Great video CJ. Did you guys prep specifically for this event?
