This Regional languages like Gujarati marathi & other south Indian languages. are just a Political Agenda to keep unite their vote bank.
please see the Actual Reality. most of the state in North India. & in India more than 60% 70% Population can Understand Hindi , & more than 40 50% can speak Hindi.
& the other Regional language Divided our india in parts of 5 10% language ratio.
One person of north india can not share his idea & knowledge to south indian person.
because south indian wants their own language & they don't even allow to use other than their Regional language.
we Actually Divided in this Language system.
we should speak in the language in which the other person can understand. but our indian peoples attitude is like use my language otherwise don't speak.
Language is just a path of sharing yours thought with other.

So it's not necessary to learn Hindi. In Odisha like backward states and South India, Hindi shouldn't be imposed forcefully for symbolising patriotism.

I’m an Aussie Indian, my dad ensured I must learn the basics of Hindi & Punjabi. He invested ( his energy & money) a lot to fulfil his wish. He hired 2 different tutors for me to learn both Indian languages.
I studied Spanish & English at school. I’m so grateful to my dad for putting extra efforts for me to learn my mother tongue.
Trust me, I feel so proud in speaking in Hindi when I visit India. Punjabi is my family’s native language but dad respects Hindi. Actually, he believes every Indian must at least understand Hindi well. I’m not fully agree with it but I don’t argue with him & accept it for the sake of his feelings.
I can communicate, comprehend & write in 4 different languages.
    Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish & English.

@@akshitaaaa1 yes Hindi does have! and the rest 21 languages too have connection with the nation and none is a majority in India that's why in 1956 linguistic states were created to preserve the natives languages of the country (22 of them) and the states have been given the power to opt their own official language
(Like in my state west Bengal English and begali) at that time many politicians said that it will result in the disintegration of the country but as we can now see how well it worked to preserve the unity in diversity! So that's why Hindi wasn't giving the status so that 56% polulation who doesn't speak Hindi will get a fair place on linguistic grounds... The countries like China, South Korea, Japan etc became developed not because of the language they speak but because of good governance, better economic measures and the hard work of citizens. Also, all these countries are homogenous means they are not that diverse like India. In China, the hān majority dominates the country so, everyone speaks Chinese there. In Korea everyone is Korean and in Japan, everyone is Japanese. So, it makes sense that they have a national language but that is not the case with India. We have many ethnicities, languages, cultures.

If you are speaking in hindi with a video title in English atleast put subtitles in English. It will help you on reaching wider audience.
People especially the young gen think they are speaking hindi buy actually they are just speaking a mixture of hindi Urdu and English. Many things for which Hindi words are not used frequently they directly use English words. Might be better of you completely learn one language and speak that only.

Like your videos from long ago.. but with this video I could see many problems.. firstly, Hindi is not national language of India and it can not be made as such because there are many many other languages spoken by people who do not even understand Hindi.. secondly, it’s not a shame to not know your regional language.. some people might not even like the tone, the structure of it.. and to be honest, it’s a matter of personality and how your family dynamics have been.. my parents have never forced me to learn English and I never condemned or mocked anyone for not understanding English or speaking in Hindi.. and never had received any such negative reactions from anyone except my life partner 🤣🤣🤣

India is not country like France which has single national language.
Language grows if the speakers of that invent new things and are willing to share their knowledge to the world.
You yourself have mentioned that english is the common link between different states speaking different languages.
Unless commercial interest is linked to the language it doesn't grow.
So many Indian have learned chinese because they go there to study and thousand are involved in trade and business.
So there is no need to give artificial and emotional boost to the language issue, just do the economic development other than BPO and Outsourcing business to promote the language.

Foreign countries mein bhi ek se zyada language hoti. Belgium aur Canada mein bhi english ka use nahi kiya jaata. British ke aane se pehle english nahi thi aur tab hamara desh zyada accha chalta tha. British se pehle hum world ki 30%GDP mein contribute karte the aur Nalanda jaise universities thi. Humara export boht hota tha. Tab to English thi nahi. France mein bhi logo ko english aati hai lekin vo use nahi karte, na bolne mein na likhne mein. Hume thodi si english aa jati to hum use use karne lag jaate hai. Indian players always use English on their social media accounts and hardly people of other countries follow them. Ronaldo and Messi have followers around the world but they write in their mother tongue only. They don't think that weather people from other countries will be able to understand or not. You know how many Indians work in foreign countries, they are only able to work their because they can speak english. Is this beneficial for us. Like you have said to work and study in china you need to know Chinese. Same goes for the other countries but in India you need to know English to do a job or study in a good University.
