This sounds like one of those Acctim battery clocks ( ruclips.net/video/CzQTp0FHhLI/видео.html ). Maybe those clocks were sampled from this clock or something similar, or someone at Acctim decided they liked this sound and wanted to replicate it.
Hi. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Glad you liked the video. The "Subsidiary Dials": Over 11 controls the speed of the clock's time-keeping. Turning the hand/lever to the left slows the clock and the the right speeds it up. The one over 1 either enables or disables the Quarterly Chimes. The clock will continue to strike the top of the hour even if the Quarterly Chimes are silenced or disabled.
@@Quietstorm224 Thanks for the prompt reply. Where do I get this clock? Can you please suggest any website? By the way, I've subscribed to your channel and I love all the videos posted here. Carry on the good work. Thanks again.
@@milinddeo111 You're very welcome. I appreciate your comments/questions and interest. I currently have this clock listed at: www.ebay.com/itm/203304964756 Serious offers will be considered. Thanks again!

Lovely clock. What are the two keys over the dial (oner over 11 and another over 1) meant for?

You can get a little closer look at those two dials at about the 4:15 timestamp. That was a good question. Thanks again for stopping by.
Also look at the 4:28 timestamp
