Make spider crawling fingers up his arm, slightly bend his knees, and pull his phone just at the verge of falling out of his pocket. Basically so when time restarts he suddenly feels all of that at the same time, falls, and his phone flys out of his pocket.

Honestly the three answers boil down to either crime, self positive activities, or nothing
It would really boil down to what i knew bout the situation. If it was a one off thing, and i knew how long i had, i would lean towards crime, prolly theft. Only way yo get a significant gain from the one off opportunity.
If i dont know anything about it, i would prolly explore around confused trying to figure out why everything/everyone stopped. Overall this boils down to doing nothing useful.
If it was once a day or once a week, i would likely use the extra 8 hours to either sleep so i can spend all 24 hours of active life awake, or if i had other people in my life who wpuld question me never sleeping, i would likely use it for studying and book reading.

Where did you get the eggs? I do cosplay and they would be perfect for my dragon tamer outfit ❤
I made them myself! 😊 most of them are made of styrofoam, then covered with clay, painted and then I either use gems or hot glue to create structures on the eggs. For the glowing egg I used a plastic egg that you can open up, I filled it with a small set of LED lights and tissues.
