I was present at Pope Paul VI's last Easter Mass at the Vatican in 1977. I heard that he was too ill to say the 1978 Easter Mass. Who said the Easter Mass at the Vatican in 1978?

I always pray for the souls of deceased popes who haven't been canonized, like Pope Benedict. No disrespect intended, honestly didn't know he's a Saint.

St. Paul VI was Pope when I was born (1972) St. John Paul II was Pope when I came in to the Catholic Faith in 1987. I pray that Francis finds the wisdom that God granted Soloman.

The Original Paul was Mudered and replaced in the 60's a look a like took over until his death in 1978
