He is so unbelievably good. His technique and ball control, passing, quick thinking. We will be hearing a lot more from him. I hope he stays uninjured throughout his career.
I mean Messi is still unmatched …. But i would say that musiala is the best Dribbler atm. Vini uses Speed. Bambi is able to outplay many guys while standing.
@@Niem4ls Well, to be honest, I think the dribbles in this video are absolutely on Messi's level. His passes are also at a very high level. That's why I think he's so top class. In my opinion, he even has the potential to become one of the greatest ever. Of course, Messi the Goat will probably never be beaten, but I think he's capable of making a serious attempt.Messi is younger than me and when he arrived his legacy was only just beginning to develop. He was more dangerous than Musiala, but I think they were similarly strong at the same age. Similar, not the same. Don't stone me.
Musiala is taller and has a higher center of gravity than smaller dribblers like Messi. He is also working on other skills than dribbling, speed passing, Vision....Musiala is currently scoring a lot of header goals. (Reminds me of Ronaldo, who also became better in physique and heading at Manchester under Sir Alex Ferguson.)
@@mikeserds2333actually musiala tries to create opportunities and space with his dribbles…if he doesnt dribble it also seems like the rest of his team cant create chances. His teammates also really often cant keep up with his pace and quick passing and so musiala cant really use the space that he created. Yeah he dribbles a lot, but he also creates a lot and basically guarantees you to create some opportunities no matter what, other players may be more controlled but they dont guarantee you what musiala does. And still he wins a lot of dribbles and duels …. And as the video shows, he faces several defenders at once and a pretty compact defense and still gets really solid statistics in terms of dribbling and duels won plus he also scores an assists a lot, which also shows, that he is somewhat effective.
The closest modern baller there is to that young 90s' Ronaldo (PSV, barça and Inter). Modern as in: starting lower on the pitch and no fixed position, moving with freedom all around the inner field areas but floating to the flanks when the situation demands it. Musiala is pretty much the alter ego of Pedri; like a joga bonito, wilder, on drugs, however we call it, format of Pedri -> less of a tempo dominator, more of a caos creator. If they played for the same team they would compliment eachothers' abilities and with a proper DM structure covering their backs I would love to see it. Sadly I assume football will never grant me that pleasure for my eyes. Every top club in Europe should have their sport directing team breaking their heads trying to convince this gem to join their project. Such a unique player...
With the way he performs his dribblings he seems to me like the perfect mixture between Zizou and Messi, whereby the mix would be 65% Zizou and 35% Messi. Can you agree?
It always looks like he is about to lose the ball xD But this is just his playstyle and it seems like a viable thing for him to do naturally. Cool stuff, i like this guy.
leao is the better footballer. taller and a winger/striker. musiala has competition from wirtz, foden, eze, golovin, and there isn't a profile quite as unique as leao leao is also turning into a goalscoring forward while musiala is playing in a much better side

He should play as a striker or a winger not an attacking midfielder. He creates little chances from the midfield but he always makes an attempt to cut through the wing, dribble past defenders and score himself.
Of course, he is actually a winger but Bayern Munich already has enough other good wingers, so the place in the middle is right for him. He is also a very hard worker in midfield. In the middle, he also gets dangerous headers more often.
@Matamoros81 it wasn’t. UEFA made the official statement that it was a handball and should have gotten the penalty for Germany. They said it was a big mistake. If it would’ve been offside the UEFA would’ve never ever made such a statement months after the euros.

He can make it look like defenders are intentionally playing bad although they're really trying 😊
only Vini comes close to Musiala, but Musiala best dribbler in the world right now.
Think the same, Vini us can make it trough in a really close space like Musialia does, is relies more in his speed that his dribbling itself
