I think my favorite thing about this summer series is how much you can feel that you’re both genuinely enjoying this . Your vlogs have a different feel than so many others , you can feel that you both really appreciate what you are doing and it comes across . Magnum is my favorite in the park…that’s where it all started….I love the roughness and the insane bunny hills at the end…to think that every piece of the track was bent and welded without the use of computers….love it.
I visited way back in 2017, and it’s still one of the best days at a theme park I’ve ever had. From the minute you pull up to the gate and you see so many coasters just towering over you, it’s just a park like no other.
Thank you for shining a light on these local parks in Ohio and rekindling some childhood memories. My daughter is old enough to start riding these bigger coasters so it feels like a trip Kings Island and Cedar Point is needed.

Hey there! I was that guy with the moustache and top hat that gave you a map to Adventure Island. It was good bantering with you back and forth, usually when we're out there busking most people walk away as quickly as possible lol! Hope you had a wonderful day in the park!
If you told me Cedar Point was the result of someone betting another person that if they could put more than 10 rollercoasters on the tip of a narrow peninsula, they'd get a million dollars and ownership of the park...I'd believe you. They don't call it the rollercoaster capital of the world for nothing! But if you love coasters with seaside views, I recommend the Cyclone at Coney Island. It's a wooden coaster that's been around since 1927 and it is a NYC-designated landmark. By it is the Wonder Wheel, another NYC-designated landmark, which was the inspiration for the Pixar Pal-A-Round at DCA!

Oh I always dreamed to be at Disney everyday. Cedar Point is my home park and I guess you always want what you can’t have! Cedar Point is one of, if not the best amusement park on the planet and I am blessed to have that so close to me.
Being from Michigan I grew up coming here every summer vacation, I didn't even realize how special it was until I was older. Def one of the best places and just such a big part of so many families
So glad you had the chance to show off Cedar Pointe. I had the privilege of going there every year through my childhood 70's-80's and then some. You tend to take for granted what's in your own backyard!!
This has been mine and my husband's home park for a long time. so glad you guys enjoyed it! Definitely stay at breakers when you can. it is expensive but it's worth being able to walk right out the hotel door and into the park.
Yes. Hotel Breakers is great. Also the cabins in Lighthouse Point are good too. The cabins are like your own little home, for the same price as Breakers. The cabins are quieter too.
150 years is EPIC! You always masterfully make the most of your time in a park. Love the tid bits you and Sam share about the rides. Feel like it would be amazing to visit a park with you both to hear all the history of the rides and parks! ❤️❤️
You definitely chose the perfect time to come to these parks. Cedar Point is known as essentially Mecca for coaster enthusiasts, but during your visit, this looked more like a full, charming, classic amusement park. Live entertainment does so much to brighten up a theme park day. So glad you got to see that and show us.

Keep on rolling. I work with special needs kids/adults and this has truly been the highlight of my days watching these adventures. We live 2 hours from Cedar Point and go several times a year. Hotel Breakers is a historic and beautiful gem that I adore and look forward to staying at every year for the past 10 years. I don’t care much about the rides anymore at 49, but the hotel is what I keep going back for.

I'm so very glad that you were able to visit Cedar Point, America's Roller Coast :). It's our home park and have such amazing memories of spending days there with the family. Every time we visit, we have to hit up Frontier Trail and do the "dip your own candles" activity.

I didn’t fully realize it either, it has this magical vintage seaside feel that is so special when you’re actually there!! I tried hard to make it come through in this vid bc I’ve never seen anyone else focus on that aspect & it was EVERYTHING to me!!
Didn't use to be that way. Back when it first opened, it was much smoother and lap bars were way more comfortable. Age has definitely made it a rougher ride.
that was our "go to" Park when we were growing up!! as adults we started hitting up the islands!! lots of adult fun there. love that you loved Cedar Point!!
Yes! Been waiting for you guys to get here. I haven’t been to CP in ages, but I can confirm that Mean Streak was ROUGH. My fav memory from my first trip to CP was on Magnum when my sister told me to close my eyes and open them when I thought I was at the top. I waited for what felt like forever to open my eyes thinking I’d show her, but we were still only 3/4 of the way up. 🤣
I have been meaning to watch this for a while. It was cool to watch. I grew up going there every summer. I still get back occasionally as an adult. Definitely the best place to go for coasters.

If you can get up to Canada’s Wonderland, I recommend it! Okay! You HAVE to ride Blue Streak when you go to Cedar Point, glad you knocked that one out first. Any true coaster enthusiast wants Blue Streak on their list! Loved this video so much, just wish Top Thrill Dragster was running for you. You might have to go to Jersey and ride Kingdaka. That line for Maverick was insane! We got lucky amd went in the beginning of June. The smile on Sam's face, he was in a coaster's paradise!
You picked a good day to go. Yesterday most all of the big coasters were down. We still had fun and are lucky we live here and can come wherever we want.
Jackie, my first rollercoaster was the mine train ride at cedar point back in the early 70s, I didn't go on the Blue Streak because I was scared, I was 7 at the time! I loved Cedar Downs but to me the best ride was the Earthquake dark ride, which has been gone for a while. I still remember pieces of the sets falling in towards you, the smell of smoke, a section of the ride went through Chinatown, all the fireworks going off. There were no gorillas escaping from cages though! lol Its funny how you remember very distinct things from the past.

Great park, with fun coasters, and close to Toronto for an amazing food tour in a city that is truly a melting pot, full of so much diversity and beauty! Glad you 2 had an amazing road trip!

Okay! You HAVE to ride Blue Streak when you go to Cedar Point, glad you knocked that one out first. Any true coaster enthusiast wants Blue Streak on their list!

That line for Maverick was insane! We got lucky amd went in the beginning of June. The smile on Sam's face, he was in a coaster's paradise!

You picked a good day to go. Yesterday most all of the big coasters were down. We still had fun and are lucky we live here and can come wherever we want.
My favorite at Cedar Point is Maverick. And yes, the fast pass is a must !!
Jackie, my first rollercoaster was the mine train ride at cedar point back in the early 70s, I didn't go on the Blue Streak because I was scared, I was 7 at the time! I loved Cedar Downs but to me the best ride was the Earthquake dark ride, which has been gone for a while. I still remember pieces of the sets falling in towards you, the smell of smoke, a section of the ride went through Chinatown, all the fireworks going off. There were no gorillas escaping from cages though! lol Its funny how you remember very distinct things from the past.
